GoogleDepositary has made dispersing deposit really easy! We mainly get agreement from the tenants due to the transparency of the platform. The closing down of the TDS as well is such an added bonus! Less time deal with frustrating deposit deductions is always a win!

We don’t Evan know where to start to explain how fantastic our broker Peter walker is. From start to finish Peter took control and handled absolutely everything. He will go above and beyond for his customers we was so lucky to have him. He is the most down to earth man and he will stop at nothing to give you the best of everything. Peter handled our mortgage, home insurances, life insurances and sadly my daily stress. Pete takes it all on his shoulders and will tell you that’s what he is there for to take the worry away from his clients and he does exactly that. He gets things done yesterday and luckily expects the same from everyone else. If you are moving you need Peter walker in your life trust me !!! I can not thank him and his team enough for all his hard work and kindness and I will forever recommend him to absolutely everyone. His skills and dealing with people is top tier. He is the godfather off mortgage brokers thanks Pete.

Balgores in Romford dealing with Glenn Hardie and Claire Dartnell is amazing. I could not thank Glenn and Claire enough for their professional and calm approach towards the mortgage from start to Finish. The fact find to mortgage offer. When I couldn’t get the documents in a timely manner for one provider Glenn was very helpful by applying with another lender. It turned out to change my fortunes as i was given an offer by them within a week and am now in a strong position to complete on a house which I must complete on by 22nd March 2024 due to auction deadline.

Rubbish, didn’t have a clue what was going on during the whole process, even though they controlled the whole chain! Said they would call back with more information and an update, but never did, I had to chase them again and again! Never done any due diligence on potential buyers, so they haven’t checked to see if they had mortgage offers etc. Very frustrating, I would avoid if possible. Also more expensive than others! Only went with them as they had control of the complete chain, but that didn’t help!

A huge thank you to Peter and Claire for their help on our new home. Always so efficient and helpful. Brilliant service as always. We have used Peter at balgores many times. He has been amazing as always and does not fail to respond quickly with updates or silly questions. Even when there has been issues, Peter has always managed to sort them for us. Claire was great too, anytime we got stuck Claire stepped in and sorted the glitch. We recommend their service and will no doubt use Pete again. Keep it up guys 👍🏼
