Fantastic experience with Balgores an exceptional firm of estate agents who go the extra half mile.d

We had remained in our fabulous property for 29 years, but we were now starting a new chapter of our lives. Balgores were absolutely magnificent, from Connor who helped us sell our property to the backroom staff. We would especially like to pick out Donna who every step of the way, was absolutely fantastic and guided us through the maze of selling up to exchange of contracts and completion date, she was a star. We would also like to thank Teddy for scanning all our key documents and he sent them onto us, which saved us a lot of time. All in all, we can only say that the whole Balgores team were exceptional, so a big thank you to everyone.

Peter was great!

I was recommended to use Peter as my Mortgage Advisor and would recommend on to other! Peter was nothing but helpful, informative & on the ball. There was never a question he didn’t have an answer for and simply made me feel at ease throughout my whole buying process. Excellent service from Balgores…

Excellent service from Balgores Hornchurch Branch. We have had excellent service from start to (nearly finish) we have exchanged and completion is due soon. Everyone we dealt with were professional, easy to get hold of, and great to deal with. Billy (Manager) Georgia, Connor and Donna were amazing. We would not have got this sale over the line without the extra service they give, the whole team deserve the praise, Donna (sales progressor) has been a fantastic go between for us, the solicitors and the buyer. This sale would not have happened without this team. I highly recommend Balgores, do yourself a favour and use them, you will not regret it!

5 stars aren't enough. Estate agents have rightfully earnt a poor reputation over the years and I have to say dealing with Rob has been a breath of fresh air. There is literally nothing I could fault about our experience and everything I would praise. Whilst I don't envisage ever wanting to move house again anytime soon in the event I did, I would call Rob imediately and I would encourage all of my friends and familly do the same. We found Rob to offer an extremely personal service which was transparent, straightforward and honest to not just us us as vendors but also to our buyer which undoubtedly helped to ensure our sale completed succesfully. Throughout he displayed tremendous insight and steered our sale in order to achieve the outcome that we wanted. As an independant, it was extremely refreshing to know that Rob only took on a few properties at a time in order to remain committed to our sale and remained contactable at anytime of day. Many discussions happened in evenings as we work full time and we felt we had Rob's undivided attention. Consequently our property sold quickly but more importantly for us, at a value higher than we had initially hoped which broadened the scope for our onward purchase. This was achieved largely due to Rob's responsiveness and the quality of listing that he put together. Rob was optimistic but also realistic about what we could achieve and then exceeded the expectations set out. Throughout he was friendly, approachable and never pushy. I genuinely can't think of a way our sale could have been handled any better. Thanks Rob, best Estate Agent we've ever encountered. I would give more stars if I could.

Rob was amazing from start to finish had all the answer to any question that was put to him and if he didn't, he would find out and get straight back to me. He was professional at all times, open and honest which is all you can ask for when selling a house. The photographs he took of the property were amazing, he dealt with all of the viewings without any disruption to me or my two young children. His help all the way through made this process a lot less stressful. I cannot recommend him enough to anyone looking to sell a property. Thanks Rob.

Couldn't recommend enough. So helpful and informative on the local area (we have relocated to Yorkshire). Rob went above and beyond to help us get the keys on completion, we had been caught in a lot of traffic on the drive up and was definitely outside of work hours, however he was ready to drop the keys off for us. They are so helpful. Getting viewings arranged was so quick and hassle free. Always answered voicemails quickly (unlike other companies!). Highly recommended and will personally use again if needed.
