He is pro-active and works hard to find the best price for any repairs necessary at our property. I am a real seller - Selling my house through Balgores! Nice people - miss leading sale pitch on the buy in protection agreement! If buyer wants to make bids and pull out, they can, and you get nothing - so you think your selling, paying fees and they can pull out without consequences . Thats my experience . Obviously the fault of the false bidder!i The 5k sales protection is a miss sell (in my opinion only ) they make a big thing - First sale fell through. I don’t know if it’s just Balgores Chelmsford that’s miss selling but it’s not the protection I thought we were paying for. Still, nice people at balgores - pointless agreement if the buy’er can pull out weeks later. (Wasting time and money)

From the date the better half and I got in contact with the absolute rascals of a team at the Upminster Branch we knew we were in safe hands. We tasked Abbie and Chloe with procuring the home of our dreams (no easy feat with the boxes that needed ticking). The Balgores team shortlisted properties, handled our demands with the upmost professionalism and located a property that both "er indoors" and I fell in love with. During the whole process their communication couldn't be faulted and then they passed us to Chris. Chris executed the purchase as a very seamless process bringing in his colleague Donna at the last minute to finalise the details.... What a bunch of Weapons they are! Last but not least I would like to thank the mortgage broker that they introduced us to. A big shout out to Peter Walker! The term "high velocity impact" must have been coined for this man! He delivered his charisma, charm and wit throughout making what would normally be a stressful experience very enjoyable and a fun process. Peter must knock on the doors of banks and mortgage lenders with a sledgehammer, he was always there and always willing. A true professional with so much knowledge of the industry, he had the answers before the questions had even been raised. If only all experiences with Estate Agents and Customer service in general was this good the world would be a better place. This is a very real true review!

Lewis Channell‑Tomlinson helped us with getting a great product on a mortgage where he was very informative and talked us through every step of the way. We are very thankful to him for his extensive support whilst purchasing our property as you can imagine, purchasing a property can be very stressful. Hayley Rossiter was extremely helpful and very supportive in making sure we had all the relevant paperwork so we were in the best position to receive the mortgage offer. I have to say we have had other mortgage advisors in the past, however Lewis and Hayley have exceeded our expectations and we will continue to use their services for future mortgages.

I have been with Balgores for two years now. My experience with everyone in the various teams, whether in the Dagenham Branch, or elsewhere, have been very positive. For my most recent experience, as a landlord, id like to thank the Dagenham Team, especially Danny. He has been very prompt, polite, responsive, and eager to help. I reached out to him on Friday evening out of office hours, and he responded. He was helpful in guiding me through the licensing process. Id also like to thank the wider team. There is such positive and collaborative approach to their work. Danny is definitely a 5 star.

Balgores Romford are quite frankly the best estate agents I have had the pleasure of working with. My review will be extensive and detailed, but to summarise they are dedicated, hard working, diligent, organised, professional and responsive. We struggled with another agent in finding buyers from June 2022 to January 2023, and their buyer pool and due diligence was very poor. I was in contact with the Balgores Branch Manager, Charlie King, who assured me that he could find me a buyer in under a month. Once our property was listed in February 2023, we had a buyer lined up by mid-month. It was astonishing how amazing the team was, their dedicated buyer pool and how quickly we managed to find someone. Marc De La Cruz helped show buyers around our home, and his knowledge and research into the local area was fantastic. Marketing materials were prepared within a few days and our property was listed on nearly every major known website, and we had potential buyers through our door in droves. Once we progressed with the sale, Balgores has an appointed Sales Progressor, Ms Louise Gibson, who is extremely well connected within Havering, very knowledgable about conveyancing and processes, and quite frankly an absolute powerhouse one woman army, with the ability to stay up to date on all her cases, quick to respond to all her messages and emails, and detailed and thorough in her approach. She stays on top of both buyer/seller’s Solicitors, agents, local authorities in a manner I’ve not ever experienced. Louise is strong willed and unyielding in her almost zealot-like drive to obtaining results, in a professional and polite manner, and I cannot sing her praises enough. Charlie King is down to earth, does not present false luring tactics to ensnare potential customers and is a honest hardworking and reliable branch manager who, along with his wider team, provide a stellar service. The sale of our home could not have proceeded as well as it did without Balgores Romford, and we are eternally grateful to Charlie, Marc, Louise and the wider team.

Having previously used a rubbish company to remortgage, I was quite apprehensive trying again until I met Daniel (early March) through my daughter’s friend. Her description of Daniel was spot on. Excellent, down to earth, cheerily, easy to talk to, a good listener, very patient and knows the business well. Daniel did exactly as promised. The remortgage process was surprisingly quick. This is the second time we have used Michael, Michael initially did our first mortgage 5 years ago and has just assisted with our remortgage. Michael had the difficult job of trying to secure us a good deal, this was challenging especially with the bank of England rising the rates, however Michael managed to find us the best rate at the time. Mackensie was excellent keeping us updated with the progress of our mortgage application. We will definitely use them when we renew in 5 years time.

Brilliant service from the Mortgage Advice Bureau - Gemma Doganca (Mortgage Adviser). Gemma has been by my side for almost a year from viewings and offers through to purchase! She's been a consistent ally throughout (including 2 mortgage applications and offers as the first purchase fell through!) and is highly responsive and incredibly knowledgeable. Our experience with Michael Gibbon was faultless. He went above and beyond to explain every step of the process and provide alternative options, it really felt like he cared about us and wanted to get the best deal possible to suit our needs. As first time buyers Michael guided us through the process step by step.He informed us of when to do each step so we wouldn't lose out on any money. Michael even contacted us on his day off as interest rates were rising and he wanted us to secure the lower deal. He keeps us up to date with any decreases so we can move over to lower rates before signing our contract. I would recommend Michael to anyone looking to buy a house as he made the experience stress free and we felt supported throughout (even after the mortgage offer). We want to thank Michael and his team for everything.

Can’t recommend Paul Young enough! He was brilliant in sorting mine and my partners life insurance, health insurance, income protection and everything inbetween.
