Unprofessional service

In the 3/4 days of calling, they only managed to answer their phone once (called on 3 different numbers) and didn’t respond to any emails. Kind of glad the flat I wanted to rent is let agreed now cause they won’t waste any more of my time.

Constant issues

When you have a serious issue and have no water for 2 days after being out of the property for 6 weeks now. Nobody can wash especially an 18month old child and adults after being at work all day

Probably the most expensive letting agent in Chelmsford. Charged me 1500 (of which 875 a deposit) just to move in... and then 400 when i needed to move out. Staff cannot really explain their charges and it looked like they(charges) were coming out of nowhere. Would not advise it to anyone else!!!
