GoogleGeorgie was absolutely amazing during the purchase of my first property. The entire process was extremely tedious and difficult and she never failed to pull through for me, often going above and beyond anything expected of her. Always responding to emails promptly (and there was ALOT of them!) Seriously, the service from her was exceptional and I couldn’t recommend and thank her enough!

GoogleGeorgie was great the whole way through the sale of our property. Constantly keeping us updated and taking on a lot of the work from the buyer which she didn’t need to do. GoogleAbsolutely pethatic experience with them. Been trying to get an appointment to view few rental properties. Called many times, in the past 4 weeks, and everytime we got response that rental team, Sarah, will call us back, but never received any call back. First of all searching for rental properties is not an easy process and on top that estate agents like Winkworth Cheam make it even more difficult. Absolutely hopeless! Please do not go to them for rental properties.
Hi Raj. Firstly, can I say that I'm genuinely sorry to hear of your experience and apologise wholeheartedly. Having looked into your review, it would appear that at that time,we had a technical difficulty regarding our overflow call centre. Essentially, when all the office lines are busy, the call is diverted to our overflow team who will take a message and email a member of the office team so that they can pick up the enquiry for you. Unfortunately, it would seem that in this case, a technical fault meant that your enquiry was missed on several occasions. I appreciate how frustrating the property search process can be and I'm sorry that on this occasion, we invariably made the process more difficult that it should have been.
