GoogleWe recently bought our first property through Winkworth Cheam and were so pleased with the customer service we received. Dan was with us throughout the whole process, from our first viewing of the property all the way to completion. He was so helpful and with us being first time buyers he was great at explaining the whole process to us and answering any questions we had at any time. We would highly recommend Dan and the Winkworth Cheam team.

GoogleDaniel Joubanian was wonderful during the purchase process of my first home. Dealing with a difficult solicitor like mine, which was particularly visible in the two weeks before the completion, Daniel was on the front line of receiving the Vendor's complaints, and worked hard with me to limit the delay of the exchange and to prevent the sale from falling through. Daniel was also always available, promptly answering my calls and emails. Great at communicating and with a professional approach, during the sale process and after the sale has was completed.

GoogleAs a first time buyer, I was quite anxious about the buying process. The estate agents here, especially Kirsty, was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the process. The whole process was done smoothly and efficiently. Could not recommend more!

GoogleI initially dealt with Sean who was very helpful with advice and providing a probate valuation for my mum’s house. Once the house was on the market I was kept informed during the process by various members of the team, and they were always available to answer any questions. Kirstie was particularly helpful and understanding. I would highly recommend Kirstie and Winkworth in Cheam for their advice and excellent service. The whole team were extremely professional and understanding during what has been an emotional time.

GoogleI had the pleasure of dealing with kirstie and even though we didn’t purchase our home via winkworth, she made the viewing and decision making quite unbiased and clear to us. She was not pushy at all, gave us time to do viewings and at the same time set clear expectations for us and the vendors rather than just hurrying us all into a chain. Thank you Kirstie!

GoogleJust completed on a flat in Cheam.. Lots of difficult circumstances before this particular flat p urchase, but this one was relatively smooth and well managed by the team. GoogleI was very impressed with the excellent service. Georgie Haime made our life much more easier at a time when we going through a very stressful time. She was very helpful throughout the whole negotiation. She was an excellent balance between the vendor and us - the purchaser. Energetic, knowledgeable and well presented. An asset to the company Winkworth. Phone or pop into the Cheam office, ask for Georgie and help is always at hand. Me and my husband say a big thank you for this. I know that if we did move in the future we would use winkworth as our Agents.

GoogleGeorgie Haime was OUTSTANDING through what has been months of a very stressful and complicated exchange process in our chain. In all honesty, we have never been great fans of estate agents in general but Georgie changed all that. She went above and beyond from day one, chasing, reassuring, keep us updated, getting everything sorted for us. She was honest, showed great initiative and was always able to help in whatever way she could. She would even go out of her way to get things done for us. She has been our rock through this process, trying not to stress us out too much whilst keeping us up to date with all the complexities of the process. We would never hesitate to recommend her to anyone and anyone considering Winkworth should ask for Georgie because she really is one of a kind. Thank you Georgie, we are ever so grateful.

GoogleA huge ‘Thank you’ to the lovely Georgie Haime who helped us buy our first house and keeping us informed throughout the process. Her professionalism was outstanding. Even when things weren’t going as expected, Georgie was kind enough to keep us informed and was very patient, honest in the kindest way possible and supportive. Georgie responded to emails and calls promptly/as soon as feasibly possible which was so reassuring. We were extremely thankful to secure the house we wanted and Georgie was a big part of that happening. Thank you!

GoogleWe are in the process of buying a lovely Grade II listed property through Winkworth. We met Georgie from Winkworth at the property, both my husband and I were amazed at her enthusiasm especially, as we were the last one to view the property on that cold day and it was already 4.30pm on a Saturday . Though Georgie had been at the property for well over 2 hours she showed no slackness in waking us through all the rooms and explaining all the details. Ever since, we had done more than 6 visits to the property for various surveys and on every occasion Georgie was not just kind, she was very accommodating and be present at the property with the same enthusiasm and smile . As it was any Grade II listed property this one came with a lot of challenges, Georgie patiently understood the problems and the process from the consultants whom we invited to the property. On top of all the above, Georgie had the key skill to identify a potential buyer and work to make it to completion. I should say that without Georgie we would have struggled to be where we are now with the purchase. Thank you Georgie , you have been a star and people like you make a huge difference not just to your employer but also to us, the general public. Thank you once again for all your help and wishing you all the best in all your future sales.

GoogleGeorgie Haim breaks the stereotype of the typical estate agent. She is very prompt with answering calls and emails, wasn't pushy when she was showing me around properties. She is very open and honest and I believe her top notch customer service makes her an outstanding estate agent. Unfortunately I found another property through another estate agent but could not recommend Georgie enough! She is a great asset to the Winkworth community.

GoogleI have nothing but praise for the staff at Winkworth. It was a difficult sale of my mother's house over a long duration thanks in part to Truss and Kwarteng throwing a hand grenade into the property market. But throughout the process, every single member of staff from Georgie to Stephen (and also Kirstie, Jane, and others) were all incredibly helpful and supportive. The advice was consistently sound and the lines of communication were brilliant. They are the best estate agents I have ever experienced. Highly recommended.
