GoogleAchieving a good sale price is one aspect, however processing the sale to exchange of Contracts and Completion is another. The whole team worked well together on the viewings and subsequent offers but the sale progression was extraordinary. Thank you Kirstie.

GoogleI purchased a new build in the North of the country and went through the builders "smooth move" scheme..they asked for two estate agents to help get the best price for my property - one was Winkworth! Georgie and Stephen, who led on the sale of my property were excellent through out the process...in fact, where "smooth move" were meant to help progress things on Georgie & Stephen had to step in when things got a bit tricky....from then on, I was much more confident my sale would go through. Georgie & Stephen are methodical, charming and very professional.......Oh, and kept me calm when I needed a reassuring chat!! Winkworth will the first estate agent on my mind if I was asked to recommend one!!!

We felt our house was in safe hands during a very busy open day, and we were super happy to have multiple offers come back very quickly. He's always been on had to deal with any queries, even volunteering to deal with the agents of our onward property when things slowed down a bit. A thoroughly lovely chap, Winkworth in Cheam highly recommended.

I'm sorry but this a completely inaccurate and misleading record of what took place. Of course, I understand your frustration that the Landlord ultimately decided to accept an offer from another tenant, but that is their prerogative. For both you and your partner (Cuciureanu Emanuel) to leave 1 star reviews purely because you're disappointed the outcome didn't go your way, is incredibly unfair. Hi Margarita I'm sorry you that you had to leave a voicemail and that you couldn't get through. As with most estate agents, we spend most of our time out of the office on appointments or on the phone arranging them, so if all our lines are busy, you will be asked to leave a message so that we can call you back. In regards to your other comment, I think it's a little unfair. As you may be aware, we market all of our properties via 'Launch Days', whereby we allocate individual viewing slots throughout the course of the day. This is designed to benefit our clients both by removing the inconvenience of numerous ad-hoc viewings stretched over days/weeks whilst also allowing us to create a degree of competition for their property, which allows us to maximise its value. With the Launch Day approach, we are limited by the time available and therefore can only accommodate a maximum of 24 viewings in a day, based on 20 minute viewing slots. As such, our slots are only allocated to those buyers who are actually in a strong position and have been qualified. From your comments, I can only imagine that the Launch Day was fully booked for the property you wished to view, or you weren't actually in a position to buy, which is why we couldn't offer you a slot. I appreciate this may be frustrating for buyers, but please try to appreciate that we are employed by the seller, so will always do what is in their best interests. Best regards Winkworth Cheam
