GoogleThe staff at Goodfellows go the extra mile to get my properties occupied and remove the headache of organising viewings and repairs. My properties are never empty for more than a couple of days due to their hard work and for that I am very grateful. Well done Beckie and her team!

GoogleWe recently found ourselves after being in a long term let and just being told we could renew our lease again no problem that we had two months to leave - to say we were upset is an understatement! I started looking at houses to rent and found one to view through goodfellows Cheam. They have been brilliant Louise reader showed us the property and when we accepted has been very professional and helpful. We had everything in place for the new house in a week and to say we are relieved is an understatement. Louise even helped me measure up for curtains when my husband got stuck at work!!! I would def recommend Goodfellows but particularly Louise Reader.

GoogleI give Sabrina and her team a five star. They are simply amazing and very helpful. My husband and I were first time buyers and bought our property recently. Sabrina helped us every step of the process and I can’t thank her enough for all her help! Professional throughout, with consistent updates. Sabrina and Stefan was very friendly, nice and helpful, they made the buying process very smooth for us. I would highly recommend their service.

Molly has been with us through some ups and downs in the process which were out of anyone's control and has at all times been professional and helpful. GoogleA really great experience selling our house with Stefan, Lucy and Niamh from Goodfellows in Cheam. From the moment Lucy came to see our house to provide a quote to sell it for us, we decided we wanted Goodfellows as they seemed really enthusiastic and professional and above all very approachable and friendly. GoogleWe have just brought a property from Goodfellows in Cheam and I can’t recommended them enough! Sabrina has been a god send, she’s kept us updated along the way and helped us with solutions to overcome a few problems we encountered. She’s been available every time I’ve called and when she has a day off she has let us know who to contact. Highly recommended her and the whole team in Cheam!

Our home was sold incredibly quickly, we were regularly kept up-to-date with the progress of our sale and the team went above and beyond to assist where they could with our onward purchase. GoogleExcellent service from beginning, during and closing of a property purchase. Thanks to Stefan and his team for attention to detail and not dropping the ball! So many agents drop the ball and don’t follow through on promises! Not the case I’m happy to say with Goodfellows would definitely use again!
