GoogleFrom the start to the finish of our house purchase with Christies, we received excellent service and wholeheartedly would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. Special mention has to go to Fern Clarkson - Fern was our fierce guardian angel. We had started with Jack, who was lovely, but when he left, Fern took over as our agent and quickly made a huge impact. We encountered some stressful hiccups with the sale of our flat, and really feel Fern went above and beyond her remit. She was dedicated, thoughtful, persistent, highly professional and a huge support to my husband and I - she really showed up the agent we had hired for our flat sale and her experience shone through. Fern was exactly what we needed and she is an absolute credit to Christies. Who knows what would have happened with our house purchase if Fern hadn't been on hand to help. Everyone we dealt with at Christies - from answering the phones to in person in the branch - was always very helpful and friendly. Thank you so much to Fern and Christies for helping us along the way with the purchase of our dream house!

GoogleFern showed such support and help whilst my Mum sold her property with Christie’s. It is difficult process let alone when you are 88 years young! Christie’s was at the end of the phone with regular updates always happy to speak with the person whoever in the chain that could make a difference…solicitor, buyer and agent. GoogleFern Clarkson & William Grayston were an absolute pleasure with assisting me throughout the entire sales process. We completed the sale in 9 weeks! They were extremely transparent and guided me through the step by step process of purchasing my first property. I had interactions with 3 different estate agents and these guys stood out from the rest right from the very beginning. GoogleI found Taya & Will to be incredibly engaged in facilitating the sale of our studio flat. We had viewings within 2 weeks of going on the market & and offer made shortly afterwards. The photo pack put together for the flat was very professional. Then going forward a weekly update after the offer was accepted. They were an excellent bridge between us and the buyer and really put the pressure on when the solicitors were slow with exchange. They were always friendly, upbeat & professional. A very positive experience dealing with this company.

GoogleChristies are definitely still the best in Cheam. Stuart and the team lined up a stream of viewings after a sale fell through at the last minute, and we had offers on the table within a week. They're really proactive, easy to get hold of and just instil confidence that all is happening as it should be.

GoogleThey wasted our time and made us spend more than a thousand for nothing. We agreed on a purchase. Christies then asked us to instruct a solicitor and a surveyor in 48h, which we did. They told us our vendor had a solicitor already. Turned out this was never true. They never had a solicitor while we were asked to find one as soon as possible. They said our vendor is moving into a new built. After spending a month and more than £1000 on legal fees & surveys, we were told the vendor was just “strongly considering a new built but then decided to stay at her place”. So we lost time and money, which could have been avoided with a transparent communication. Unfortunately our contact was Peter from Christies Cheam. Perhaps it could have been a different experience if we had someone else.

GoogleIt was a pleasure dealing with Christies throughout our house buying process. Will and Joe ensured we were always updated with everything that was going on in that long chain we were involved in. From Day 1, they were super friendly, supportive and helpful and made sure we managed to move into our new home without any hiccups. A special shout-out to Joe who was resourceful and always had a Plan B or C for every situation and was a calming influence on us. 10/10 would recommend them eyes closed if you are buying or selling!

GoogleHave just exchanged contracts on the sale of our property through Christies, Sutton. William and Lucien have been fantastic, supporting us at every step of the process and I would highly recommend them. There have been a number of challenges throughout the chain along the way but they dealt with these pro-actively and kept us informed throughout. Without their commitment, determination and willingness to go above and beyond I don't think we would have got to this point. Thank you both for all your hard work - it's very much appreciated.

GoogleStrongly recommend them as agents. Extremely professional, knowledgable and made viewing the property a pleasure. Fern was great spending the time with us, with a mix of conversation, letting us view the property, and sharing her knowledge of both the property and the area. I would go as far to say Fern was refreshing change to other agents in the area that we have had contact with, great experience and sealed the deal for the sellers.

GoogleScammers! They want to know your salary and take a deposit before showing you the property, even if you already gave that information in an inquiry form. Disrespectful, I said can't talk much as at work and still insisted to talk even I opted for email agent. Vile customer service. Arrogant. Why not discuss at a viewing? Your letting department is horrible. A let down of your business.

GoogleWe recently purchased a property via Christie’s in Sutton and the experience was amazing. As first time buyers in Uk, we had heard scary stories of how painful the process can be. However for us, it was extremely seamless and efficient. We landed up getting a solicitor and mortgage broker via Christie’s recommendation and both were exceptional in their service. Christie’s also helped us several times in coordination during times when situation demanded expedited delivery of documentation. Overall, we could buy this property only because of the sheer professionalism, integrity and hard work from Christie’s Sutton ( Ricky Bashford and his team). GoogleAn absolutely fantastic team! Professional but equally warm and friendly! When we were looking at putting our house on the market we had 3 agents value - we decided on Ricky’s team because he was honest, experienced and really passionate and now that we have moved we can still say we made the best decision when choosing! The whole team are so warm and helpful beyond words! I can’t thank Ricky, Jack and Mandy enough! We had a bit of a rollercoaster ride with our move which had nothing to do with selling ours which was seamless and professional - in fact throughout the ups and downs (our seller pulled out a week before exchange) Ricky, Jack and Mandy were amazing and were always available to take my call, listen and give the best advice and give us the hope that the right house for us was out there (and it was). What stands out most though is they never put pressure on us to find quickly because we had a buyer who was still waiting and instead in the background made sure our buyer was happy and advised on our progress! I have recommended Christie’s to friends and neighbours and I will continue to. I will miss speaking to you all but will make sure I ring occasionally to say hi and have a catch up. We would like to especially mentioned two names Will and Richard, they have been absolutely amazing throughout our journey from the initial phone call to our completion. They always returned our calls and addressed our concerns. Overall we would like to say, Richard and Will are the best members of the team. Whenever Will was not available Jack was always helpful.
