GoogleInitially quite reasonable, then gradually became difficult to get hold of, and then the communications dropped off. Have had better service elsewhere.
Regrettably this review has been made in error. Christies Estate Agents have never had an involvement with Ward Security HQ in Kent. We have spoken to the Marketing Department and requested that this review be deleted.

GoogleWould strongly recommend! Fantastic and professional service throughout. Will was extremely easy to contact and supported the sale throughout the process. Without Will we would not have achieved our desired timeframe - we completed in 2 months... in a chain... From the viewing to completion, it was great service.

GoogleI have just been accepted an offer from Christies and has been in contact with Fern. Fern communicated effectively from the time I was allocated a time slot for viewing. When I changed my time slot, she sent me an email as a confirmation, which was very professional and she contacted me on same day to ensure that I would still be attending for viewing. On the day of viewing, she has contacted me to ensure that I was at the right property. She has always appeared cheerful and pleasant on interaction while maintaining professional boundaries. I am highly impressed and hope to continue working with Fern and if possible buy another property from Christies.
