Highly recommend. We had a really positive experience selling our property with Christies. Communication was excellent from the whole Christies team from start to finish. Their understanding of the marketplace together with their guidance enabled us to feel supported throughout the process. Will, was our initial adviser and his professionalism and attentiveness were key in us deciding to appoint Christies with the sale of our house. Sam was our main contact, and was proactive in keeping us informed. We found Sam to be helpful, knowledgeable, happy to answer any questions we had along the way and to genuinely care about providing an excellent service. I cannot recommend Christies Sutton highly enough! After a frustrating experience with William Harlow Cheam (avoid at all costs!), we switched to Christies and the difference was night and day. Will (the manager at the time - now moved to Christies Cheam) did an exceptional job managing the 4-5 offers we received throughout the process. His expertise and guidance during negotiations were invaluable. Tom was fantastic at generating viewings and keeping momentum going. His professionalism and dedication really showed. But I have to give a massive shout out to Katie - she absolutely smashed it! Katie took our sale from offer through to completion with incredible skill and dedication. Even though the process was lengthy, she was constantly booking meetings, keeping everyone together, and maintaining crystal-clear communication throughout. What really set Katie apart was how she managed, nurtured, and guided her buyer all the way to the finish line. She was always helpful, always there with a helping hand, and most importantly, genuinely supportive in providing assistance wherever possible. Even on completion day when things were absolutely manic, Katie went above and beyond - instead of us having to come to the office, she came straight to us to help with getting the keys sorted, taking something else off our plate when we needed it most. For anyone looking for estate agents: highly recommend this team. Ask for Will, Tom, and especially Katie by name if you can. We used Christies in Cheam as Agents to sell our house in Cheam Village. Mr Sam Tribe was the lead agent who was personable , straightforward and persistent in achieving this sale for us, which at times had several hurdles to jump and 'bumps in the road' to navigate!. Taya Kennedy formed part of the strong negotiating team that supported in getting our sale across the line, and like Sam was always ahead of developments and pro-active in terms of moving things forward. Both were highly professional and always a pleasure to speak to, always with a ready smile and a cup of tea at the ready....Richard and Ricky gave seasoned support and dived in where needed -all in all a 5 star plus service, which made a stressful time a whole lot easier and sometimes even fun!
