Couldn't be more satisfied with the service we got from Fern and Ricky at Christies. After we sent an enquiry, I got a phone call in no time at all to discuss. Fern was lovely and arranged a viewing for us, despite us not being available at the easiest time for them, but she really didn't want us to miss out! When we got to the property, Ricky was really honest with us, and spent plenty of time showing us around, giving us loads of detail without pressuring us at all. He also couldn't have been more generous with his time, waiting for my wife to arrive as he wanted to make sure we got the chance to view. Christies kept us informed once we'd made our offer and were genuinely really pleased for us that the seller had accepted it.

My wife and I had a great experience buying a house from Christie’s in Cheam. From the moment we met Joe we genuinely wanted to buy a house from him. A very likeable and approachable character. Joe’s vast knowledge of the properties he showed us was impressive. From the moment we put an offer in to the completion date, Joe kept us informed of how the sale was progressing. Joe never put any pressure on us to buy the house. We are really impressed with Christie’s and Joe’s an asset to the company. Highly recommend them

Stuart has been very helpful and cooperative throughout our buying process. He was always responsive and ensured that all our queries (even if they were sometimes mundane)are addressed satisfactorily. He was proactive in making sure our sales process progressed swiftly and regularly provided and sought updates at various steps throughout. He readily offered to step in to help if there was any indication of a blocker. His involvement was instrumental in our completion happening within our expected timeframe.

We met with Lisa from Christies in March 2018 to view a house in Cheam, we hadn’t decided if we were going to move at the time but saw a house online and liked it so decided to have a look. Lisa was very helpful in helping us understand what was happening with the market at the moment, what we might be able to get for our budget and was very knowledgeable about all the key locations in Cheam. Whilst we didn’t go on to buy that first house, Lisa had taken her time to fully understand us and what we liked, even though we weren’t very clear or sure at the time ourselves! Lisa then called, text or emailed us with details of houses she thought we would like within our budget. We quickly found a house we loved but hadn’t even put ours on the market yet and were concerned we would lose it. Lisa reassured us and moved with incredible speed to get our house on the market, several viewings arranged on an open day and we had multiple offers in less than a week. Within 3 months of seeing the house we loved we had sold ours and moved in. Would absolutely recommend Christies and Lisa for both sale and purchase of houses in and around Cheam.

I have spent a lot of time dealing with Fern over the last few months in try to buy a home as a first time buyer.
