GoogleHaving emailed twice regarding a property up for let, calling 6 times, after being promised call backs and not receiving them. I finally receive a call 4 days later to say the property is no longer on the market. I would not recommend this branch for any sales or lettings!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleIf I could put less than 1 star then I would. I put an application in for a rented property 2 weeks ago and despite a number of call back requests, I have heard nothing. I've since checked today and can see the property is no longer on the market. Excellent service, couldn't even be arsed picking up a phone. Don't deal with these amateurs in Lettings, you'll only be ignored. For any landlords thinking of going with Reeds, don't bother. The property I submitted an application for had been unoccupied for months which was costing the landlord money all because these idiots couldn't process an application.

GoogleOutstanding Service I honestly can not thank Reeds Rains enough. I have been a Landlord for many years with another agent in Cheadle. I made the decision to change agents (sadly) after a number of issues with the previous agent. From my first impression straight through to finding a tenant, I found the knowledge and professionalism of the letting staff incredible. I have to thank in particular the Lettings Manager, who put my concerns at ease and kept me in the loop at all times.

Lisa, our point of contact, has been totally professional throughout the whole buying process. Her reassuring, cheerful demeaner made us feel we were wholly supported at this stressful time. Both she and her colleagues made sure that we were regularly, accurately informed about the progress of our purchase. Even since the “completion” she has continued to provide us with essential information regarding our new property.
