Paul and the staff at Reeds Rains Cheadle were brilliant from start to finish. Clear and consistent communication, professional service and wonderful customer care. The staff got to know us on a more personal level which helped with the house sale and I was impressed with how much detail they provided potential buyers with, in comparison to some houses we looked around under other agents where every question we asked was met with ‘I don’t know but I can find that out for you!!’. Reeds staff could answer all the questions asked by potential buyers about our property and area because they took the time to ask us for finer details and find out. Our house sold quickly because of this. They also held our hand every step of the way which made us feel really confident we could trust them with our best interests at heart. I rarely write reviews, but Reeds Rains in Cheadle village definitely deserve 5stars! In particular, I would like to give a special mention to Laura. She is highly professional, yet really personable and down to earth. She does what she says she will do, and kept me informed throughout the whole process, really putting my mind at ease. As she grew up in the area, so her local knowledge is second to none which was invaluable in helping me to find a property that was perfect for me. Never again will I sell a house with reeds rains cheadle, Happy to take our money but not to help us as vendors. They can't even open a front door properly and tel views the door is broke. We should have taken it off the market with them when this happened. They don't reply property to emails and say there not in the office when they are. Would not recommend

Henry was outstanding from beginning to end! his customer services skills were excellent and he made me comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process of renting and I was feeling very nervous but Henry did everything to reassure me and he made me his number one priority, which meant so much!. Andrew Dawber was a star, he provided us with the best rate in the market with clear precise information. This was my first ever experience of selling a house and I was not particularly looking forward to it. I had heard all manner of scare stories from other people. All that I can say is that, in my opinion, Reeds Rains in Cheadle oversaw the sale as well as it could possibly be done. I realise that selling a home is a complex business. Some of the prospective buyers were not entirely straightforward; Reeds Rains couldn’t be blamed for that. Whatever snags cropped up, Reeds Rains were never deterred; they remained positive and supportive. I’m sure they were equally helpful to all concerned parties. I had lived in the house in question for more than 45 years; needless to say, I had emotional ties. I’m pleased with the result. Reeds Rains did an excellent job in finding a buyer who was looking for exactly the property that we were selling; I have subsequently met the purchaser and I believe that that is indeed the case. Any qualms I may have had about estate agents are vanquished. If I were to sell a home again, or to buy, I would not hesitate to go back to the team at Reeds Rains in Cheadle. My wife and I would like to say thank you to them.
