Absolutely disgusted with the unprofessional service I received from this branch. Made an offer on a house and was not called back to be given the opportunity to increase my bid, was also not given the decency of a phone call to inform me of this, I had to call the branch myself. When I told the estate agent about this I was lied to that my partner had informed them that this was our highest offer. Would not recommend to anyone buying or selling to use them. I suspect some other arrangement with investors.

No help at all if you are claiming benefits! I was asked some questions about making arrangements to view a property in Cheadle, then asked if I was employed. To determine our home's value for sale, I completed a Zoopla form that forwarded our information to several local estate agents for valuation. Reeds Rains Cheadle branch contacted me by phone and gathered personal details and property information during a seven-minute call. They scheduled an appointment a few days later. However, I received a subsequent call indicating they could only value the property if it was listed immediately. In summary, they collected all necessary information but failed to achieve the primary objective, resulting in a waste of time and unprofessional behavior on their part.
