I recently completed on a property & my sales advisor Ian Burns has been absolutely fantastic! Ian kept me informed every step of the way. I didn’t have to chase for an update at all.Ian was happy to answer any questions I had & nothing was too much trouble to answer. He was always very prompt & very efficient.Excellent professional service, thorough and efficient. I would highly recommend Ian. Ian also made the acquisition of the property as smooth and as hassle free as it could possibly be from the initial phone call to completion of the property and dealt with everything in a friendly & professional manner.Keep up the good & excellent work Ian. They ignore you when you have a problem

I have called twice (16th & 20th April) regarding an issue with a refund for management charges. Both times the person has not been able to adequately explain the issue and have told me their manager will call me back. No one has ever called me back. Is this the way you treat your customers, ignore them until they stop bothering you? Terrible customer service

Generally ok although communication wasn’t amazing. I struggled to get hold of information regarding what was happening with the sale and why things were taking so long. I wasn’t aware that the gent dealing with my move had left, but the lady who took over was always quick to respond to me when I had a query. Information pack was received once I’d moved in to my new house which was very informative. As a new buyer, I think more support could have been in place as everything was new and alien to me. Denise has been lovely, thank you.

Went through plumlife to apply for an apartment, they have taken money from me and now will not respond to my emails to reimburse me. Pre rental documentation was sent with the wrong persons name on it and overall terrible service, no direct phone number for the team in control of the new apartments in Stockport either. It's not coming up to a month's with no word from them and they still have my money.

Jim our building manager at Park Hill…

Jim our building manager at Park Hill here in Sheffield continues to do an outstanding job. Often coming in to sort emergencies in his own time, going out of his way to help residents whenever he can, etc etc. Other parts of the estate are managed by RMG and have tons of issues, not so here in Phase 1 where Mr Martin is in charge, long may he continue.

Plumlife just don't care…

Received letter in the post giving us less than 24 hours notice to remove all vehicles from the car park by 8am next day to allow contractors to complete pothole repairs. Some neighbours are on holiday! To make it worse for those of us who complied no contractor turned up! Called to get an update at lunch time and was fobbed off that they would call back - they didn't! Latest in a long line of rubbish service since Plumlife took over: we live in a listed building and getting them to do any maintenance is like trying to herd cats. They will be responsible for this building going to ruin and being lost from the historic record.

Denise, Jonathon and Philip were always extremely helpful and very quick to respond (something that I have found is a very unusual thing to come across when trying to sell and purchase property)!
