Duties above and beyond

Over the past few months I have been struggling with how to understand my heating bills. I then spoke to Jim our building manager who came to my property and talked me through how to get a meter read of my meter due to all my bills being an estimated amount. This was not explained to me by the housing manger for my appointments. I would just like to say thank you to Jim for this and going above and beyond his duties. Parkhill in Sheffield would be lost without Jim as he always there for the residents and I find gets the job in hand done.

Jim (Park Hill) - LIFESAVER!

Jim (Park Hill Phase 1) was an absolute lifesaver! I needed help moving my too-big sofa into the flat. The moving company left it on the ground floor but Jim went above and beyond in helping to take it apart, move it in, then put it back together. I genuinely could not have been happier or more satisfied with a service, especially one that was so happily given.

Plumlife ruined my life

Plumlife ruined my life. Handover was a peice of paper with meter readings, property was filthy. Had official snagging inspection and 79 faults was found. Some of it is done but still more. There's a matter of my kitchen sink. Attitude of the building manager leave me no option but let my solicitor deal with this. Plumlife blame the builder, builder blame some of the contractors. I regret ever purchase through Plumlife.

What can I say ? Ian is a true star of Plum Life.His dedication to what he does and his care for the client is at the highest possible level.He sent information about our house regularly every week, perfectly understanding that on his other side, there were people waiting for every news about what was happening with their house and when they could move in.He always listened to my emails and replied to them immediately, and when there were small delays in handing over our house, he patiently endured our barrage of questions.He guided us through the entire process of buying our house smoothly and painlessly, being with us until the moment we received the keys.In fact, Ian is still with us today, interested in whether everything was okay, even though it has already been two months since we moved in.Well, those wonderful welcome gifts are the last straw.I hope the company gives him an excellent Christmas bonus for everything he does there, he goes much further than he should.Ian, thank you for everything, you are the best!!Plum Life, please take care of people like Ian, because they are the ones who make your company great!

Sarah and Michelle were great from start to finish. Initially we were unsuccessful in securing a house, however after a house became available on the development that we were looking at, we got a call and a viewing the same day and put our name to the house. We were then kept up to date for the whole process and we were regularly checked on to see where our solicitors were up to and if their solicitors needed anything from us.
