Great communication throughout the whole process from initial contact, valuation, viewings, and on the run up to final exchange the team were very responsive despite the challenges of the pandemic. This is the 2nd time I have used Snowden Wilkinson for a property sale and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Great feedback on viewings plus very informative once the sale had gone through, chasing Solicitors & buyers in order to keep the process moving. Would recommend without hesitation.

GoogleReally bad experience with this agents - have since moved my rental property to another agents. Staff are rude and condescending. Take a long time to reply to emails/ calls and don’t follow up on their promises. Avoid!

GoogleWe have just sold our house using SnowdenWilkinson and could not recommend them enough. The pictures they took were of very high quality and resulted in several viewings in the first few days of it reaching the market. Following us accepting an offer the service was also brilliant, we were kept well informed with the progress and they were always on hand with any queries.

FacebookWe recently sold our house using Snowden Wilkinson as our agent. As most people do, we had 3 agents to value the house. We chose SW because they took the most time to engage with us, listen to what we were hoping for and explain their process. The photos for the listing were well considered as was the accompanying description, both of which were discussed and approved with us ahead of publishing. The friendly team arranged all the viewings and hosted most of them. All we had to do was prepare the house for viewings and disappear for a while. We felt like our business was important to them and they thanked us for it after the transaction had completed. If we ever moved house again, we would probably only get one agent in to value!

From the beginning at valuation stage with Ian right through to conclusion of handing over the keys with Lucy we had a five star service. GoogleI bought my first house with Snowden Wilkinson late in 2018. All staff members were very informative and responsive throughout the entire process and helped guide me through the minefield that is buying my first house. Even after the sale I had a number of queries which were resolved promptly. I honestly cannot recommend them enough. If I do move in the future, I certainly would be approaching them to sell my house on. Thank you everyone for all your help!
