GoogleHaving bought and sold a few places previously, I wish I had used Snowden Wilkinson earlier than I did. Unlike other agents, they offer sensible advice and let you make the decisions. The images of the property and the marketing were first class, and the staff work together as a team to get you moving with the least stress possible.

FacebookAmazing service from the moment we had the team round to value our property, right to the end of the process of completing and exchanging! Nothing was too much trouble, there was always a member of the team available to call or chat to in our whattsapp groups. The amazing photography and cinematography work that Josh did really sets this business out from any other estate agent. Couldn’t recommend Snowden & Wilkinson enough to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent their home and I will ensure that my family and friends use them!

Cheadle hulme can be a tough market and the team at Snowden Wilkinson helped us navigate this, providing great advice and support which helped us find our perfect house. From Ian starting the process with an accurate valuation, to the team organising viewings, the communication was first class. To Lucy, what an amazing and proactive lady. Facebook5Stars I would like to write a review on this company as they have looked after my property while I rented it for over 10 years and they have recently looked after the sale of it also. During the time they managed the rental they were extremely thorough, they went above and beyond their role and made me feel happy my property-was looked after, taking on any stress / issue that we came upon with ease. They then went on to sell the property for me, within 4 hours of the pics going up they had a buyer secured, I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome , throughout the sale they were constantly chasing both parties so the sale wasn’t dragging on, they were professional and were on hand at all times with great advise. They were apart of the process the whole time which made me feel supported. I just want to thank all the team for their continued hard work over the years it’s very much appreciated. Special mention for Kate in lettings , and Lucy and Ian on sales you took my panic emails and turned them into smiles . Many thanks

GoogleI recently bought a house through Snowden Wilkinson which turned out to be a bit more complex that initially expected, however the team were really great at keeping me up to date and keeping things together when other parties in the chain were threatening to pull out. I'm now happily settled in my new home and can't thank them enough for all the hard work they put in to make things transaction complete successfully!
