Snowden Wilkinson helped us to buy a property in Cheadle Hulme. We needed this to be done quickly, but thoroughly. So it required an almost flawless communication among all parties involved. Madison took lead from the get-go and because of her leadership on this, everything went seamless. Although we were buyers, it felt like we have our own agents helping us. I thought Lucy Snowden very genuine when she first valued my house two or three years ago. She understood my reasons for not going ahead with the sale and I went back this year when I was ready to sell. The circumstances were difficult and it is fair to say that Lupcy nursed me through the process. She helped me with practical issues, keeping me really well informed, but also importantly understood the psychological aspects .o make matters simple I use the legal firm removal people and others recommended by the estate agent and was very satisfied with the service I received

We bought our lovely house through Snowden and Wilkinson. Our first viewing was with Ian who was very welcoming and gave a great tour of the house. It was obvious he’d learnt a lot about the house from the owners. He arranged a second viewing for us that afternoon and a day later we’d made an offer that was accepted! Lucy then helped us with the rest of the transaction and was incredibly helpful and friendly. Lucy kept us informed throughout the 4 month transactional period and was very helpful in connecting all aspects of the chain to keep the sale moving. We recently used Snowden Wilkinson Estate Agents to sell our home and the experience from start to finish was impeccable. The team, who are all local to the area, have so much knowledge and are the ultimate professionals. I personally dealt with Josh, Beth, Lucy and Ian throughout the process for different things and they were all amazing. If I am honest, I was a little clueless when it came to the entire process and I felt nothing but supported. I can only begin to imagine how stressful selling your home could be if your agents were not proactive, supportive, responsive and really friendly (like the ones our next house was on the market with!). I would only ever want to deal with such genuinely lovely professionals for such an important and emotional thing like selling your home, and for that reason I would 110% recommend Snowden Wilkinson. Every single member of staff is on the ball, really gets to know the property, knows the area and are all extremely passionate about what they do. We dealt with Ian, Beth, Josh and Kate on the selling side of things, who were all absolutely brilliant and then when we did agree a sale Lucy led things from there. We move tomorrow. Our experience of selling our home is that the stress of moving is eased considerably if you employ the best professionals. Snowden Wilkinson are the best in my experience of 9 home moves. Lisa insisted that every member of her staff came to see the house so that they could sell with knowledge. Ian is calm and intelligent. The marketing was superb but once an offer had been accepted the real magic started. The transaction was managed brilliantly and professionally so the things went without a hitch and there were great relationships between us as seller, the buyers ( who are lovely) and in the middle the estate agent. I can not recommend them highly enough.

We used Snowden Wilkinson to sell our house recently. They were absolutely fantastic and I can’t rate them highly enough! From the very first visit by Ian, to the moment our last packing box left the house, SW worked 100% for us. Ian has a fantastic knowledge of the local housing market, and achieved a great price on my house ( A ‘cheaper’ rival agent priced my house over £50,000 less than it’s value!). Throughout the legal process Lucy was also fantastic at chasing up solicitors and keeping us updated every step of the way. Right through to completion Snowden Wilkinson were the best estate agents I could have hoped for, and made the whole process easy and stress free. Well worth the fee. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for making the maximum market value for their house whilst working with a friendly, professional and reliable agent.

A WhatsApp group was set up for arranging viewings etc. which helped us keep in touch during the initial selling part, and the team made sure that they responded to any messages really quickly. When we decided to place our house on the market after nearly 30 years we researched which agent would be the best. After speaking to friends and colleagues the conscenus was to contact Snowden Wilkinson. From the initial meeting with Ian to discuss the sale to Josh organising and conducting the walkthrough video of the house. When we saw this we both thought WOW this is a house we would want to buy. When we met Beth we had an instant rapport with her as she asked us to talk her through the different aspects of the house and the background to the work we had completed . Beth organised a viewing day with appointments for suitable buyers who were looking for this kind property to view . If no suitable buyers were found she already had a plan B in the pipeline. We had an offer within a few days which i am positive was due to the marketing and the viewing experience that Beth provided. I was expecting that was the end of her active involvement and the next we would hear would be when contracts were signed and contracts exchanged and thought to myself well that was an easy sale and we had not received a lot for the fee. How wrong i was ! She kept in contact on a regular basis to sort out any questions that our buyers had as well as getting involved in the purchase of our new property and liasing with the agents to push the purchase through . The experience we had with the estate agent we were buying our new property from was totally different, they were not proactive in wanting to get the property sold and any queries we had to keep chasing them constantly. To add insult to injury they sent a questionnaire for us to complete on our experience with our purchase which i declined to complete. If i had received a similiar request from Beth /Snowden Wilkinson i would have completed this without hesitation as we personally feel if we had another property to sell their would be no hesitation to contact the team at Snowden Wilkinson to handle the sale with the proviso that Beth handled the sale as she was fantastic and a true professional.

We initially chose Snowden & Wilkinson because they are local, not one of the nationwide chains. We made the right choice! From the initial visit through the marketing and sale process they were always letting us know what was happening (or not). They arranged 2 viewing afternoons for our property, during which there were 33 visits. They handled the offers, discussed them with us and then handled the "best and final" offers. They checked where in the process people making offers were and requested proof of funds. After the sale was agreed they kept us informed and dealt with any queries that we had very quickly. The staff are all very pleasant and knowledgeable. This was the first time that we had moved in 37 years so we were a little apprehensive but we needn't have worried. We are not looking to move again but if we do, Snowden & Wilkinson will be our first choice. I would recommend them to anyone.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
