Thanks to Snowden Wilkinson our lovely house got sold! The team kept in touch with us using all modes of communication including the personalized WhatsApp group. This ensured that there was always a member of the team available throughout the process. It was extremely helpful since we do not live in the UK. The team stuck with us even when things dragged on and no effort was spared when matters that are easy for people who live in the country got a bit complicated in our case. Amazing service from the moment we had the team round to value our property, right to the end of the process of completing and exchanging! Had the displeasure of speaking to both Mr Snowdon and Mr Wilkinson. Very lazy and unprofessional. For sales I would not touch them, because they try to undervalue your house for a quick sale. They do the same with valuing rent. Consider these last if you are trying to sell or rent out any of your properties. There may be others that are terrible in the area, but they are miles better than Snowdon Wilkinson. In the end they all use Right move. With Snowdon Wilkinson you don't need the extra garbage service.

They set up a WhatsApp group for everyone involved in the selling of my grandpas house so that everyone (on the selling side) had access to the information and one person didn’t have to keep letting everyone else know. Highly recommended. A definite lesson in life that you get what you pay for. Lets face it, estate agents are not especially cheap when you sell your home. I had an empty property to sell and the prospect of paying bills on an empty house for 6 months really didn't appeal to me. I briefly shopped around for estate agents and in all honesty some were cheaper but in this case i thought the quality of service was more important to me than saving a few £. I had dealt with Snowden Wilkinson previously both renting a property out and when buying a property and had only good experiences with them so i decided they were the best people to find me a buyer and get a quick sale through. To my delight they found a buyer within 3 days and to my amazement they pushed the whole sale through within 4 weeks. This wasn't just good luck... they were amazing and were on top of the case every day making sure that everything was being done to ensure that the sale went through smoothly and quickly. A special mention to Maddison who took control of our sale and was brilliant at every stage. All the staff are amazing and professional. In the end i felt the fee was well worth it for the time and stress they saved me. Like i say, you get what you pay for and you may find someone cheaper out there but i promise you you wont find anyone better!
