They found the new tenants very rapidly so there was no empty period of time, they kept me informed at every stage and very quickly got the relevant inspections and a bit of repair work done.The whole process was smooth, easy and very professional. Remember, It is an offence to place goods or signs which cause obstruction or include commercial advertising, within the Highway.The maximum fine is £1000.Restrictions are necessary because:For the safety and convenience of all pedestrians, especially those who are blind, elderly or disabled and those with prams, wheelchairs etc.To ensure clear visibility which is vital at road junctions and crossing places.To ensure that a drivers attention is not distracted and to avoid a confusing proliferation of signs.To keep the public highways clear of unattractive clutter, free from damage and available for essential maintenance operations.The highway includes the roads, pavements, verges, trees and street furniture.If you are responsible for placing an offending object in the highway please remove it.If you fail to do so:The council may remove it at your expense.You may have to pay for any damages that arise.You could face prosecution and a fine.

GoogleThe negative review cant be believed, he must have pressed the wrong button on Google meaning to review someone else! I can think of an agents who deserve less than one star but not Snowden Wilkinson. We had a fantastic experience. Both Ian and Lucy are fantastic but we had most to do with lucy, what a star! made the whole process much easier and is very knowledgeable so even foresaw potential problems that no one spotted. very much appreciated keep up the good work. called back every single time she said she would, they have more than one client which is maybe something other reviewers need to remember. very very highly recommended

FacebookI would highly recommend Snowden Wilkinson. We used their services to sell our house and they were fabulous. They kept us up to speed at all stages and offered very practical and sensible advice which resulted in a smooth sale. Lucy always made herself available and worked very hard to get us over the line. She even offered great advice to us on the property we were buying (this wasn’t one they were selling).

We had no shortage of viewings and we always had someone we could contact with questions or worries. Nothing was ever too much for them.
