Hi Alex, I am sorry to hear you feel like this. As you know the sale of your house is currently proceeding and we did achieve one of the top prices on your road within a very short space of time. Since the sale has been agreed we have been in contact with both sets of solicitors regualrly and really the delay is beyond our remit and in theirs. I know that we have emailed you twice since this review was posted with no response from you so far which given the nature of the review seems a little unfair. Ultimately we want to you be happy and confident in us, we accept that we are not right all the time and sometimes mistakes are made but we can assure you that we take pride in the service we offer and results we achieve. Lucy Snowden was exceptional keeping us well informed and helping us to move the process along when things were frustratingly slow. She was professional and efficient throughout the transaction. Friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend to anybody.

GoogleQuite possibly the worst experience I have had with an estate agents. Most of the peoplw we dealt with were rude, condescending and would often make promises they did not keep, such as saying they will call you back and then not hearing from them again. I cannot stress enough that you should take your business elsewhere.

GoogleCouldn’t recommend more highly. The team have been so helpful in pushing through our sale and assisting with queries. Selling / buying a house can be stressful but it’s definitely made a whole lot easier with an estate agents like Snowden Wilkinson.

GoogleYou won't get a better, friendlier and more attentive agent in Cheadle Hulme. They even answer the telephone (unlike others!). They arranged viewings, showed potential buyers around the property and did everything for me. Much easier than trying to sell the property yourself.
