GoogleI sold my house through T Payne a month ago and I would highly recommend this company. Our house sold in a day and I am sure it was the photographs they took and the way they presented the house that contributed to the quick sale. They were professional and efficient throughout but they were also very friendly and supportive. Selling a house is notoriously stressful but they minimised the stress and made the whole process flow. Nothing was too much bother to them. They went to the house after we left when they held the keys as there was a problem at the time of the high wind and they dealt with the problem. They recommended that we use the solicitor Simon Merchant from Huntingdon who were also excellent. Richard Wood

GoogleI used T Payne to manage the rental of my property for a while and then subsequently sell it. I was nothing but pleased with their service. The team are friendly and small enough to remember who you are / what you need from them and pass you onto the most appropriate person and they know the local area and market so well. Their fees were transparent and fair. I found them to give practical and logical advice alongside their sales service…in the first instance I chose not to sell my property for a couple of years based on the great advice I was given. When it was time to sell there was nobody else I was going to phone.

GoogleEvery member of the T Payne team are professional, customer service orientated and knowledgeable. Our property was a Grade 2 listed property and T Paynes found a buyer in the first two weeks of marketing. It was a difficult sale , but Loraine managed every stage and ensured the sale progressed to completion. I cannot rate the team highly enough and would not hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleBought and sold last property with TPayne, I’m now looking to buy and sell again and of course I will be using these guys again. Staff are friendly, upfront and give you a personal touch, not just “business”. Easy transactions and don’t mind being hounded with questions along the process. Buying and selling can be such a stressful transaction but this company help you with that and put your mind at ease. Thanks guys, see you soon!

GoogleT Payne we excellent throughout the sale of our property. I had contact with at least 5 different staff members but every time I called, the person I was speaking to knew exactly what was happening with our sale. This could not be said of the Estate Agent on our purchase (not T Payne as we were moving away from the area).

GoogleI would highly recommend T Payne and Co Estate Agents for the complete service. For us the selling of the house was the simple bit it was the negotiating with other solicitors and agents that was so tricky. Loraine who deals with sales progression was absolutely fantastic and worked her magic to make sure everything went smoothly and without a hitch. Not an easy task at all. Her professionalism was second to none and she kept us informed at every step, I think it is the first time we haven't had to chase the estate agents. GoogleI cannot praise the letting team enough. My Son had a start date for a job in January 2019. We contacted T Payne, on recommendation, and spoke with the team. An appointment was made to view a property and all the necessary paperwork was completed in about a week. Well done everyone and thank you.
