GoogleI've rented a nice little house from Payne@Co more than 1 year ago and I am delighted. Not only I love the house but the letting team is great, very supportive and helpful whenever you need them, true professionals, they are doing a wonderful job.

GoogleWow! The team here are really amazing. I have dealt with loads of estate agents over the years and they ALL lack ongoing communication. T Payne are different and kept me updated the whole way, chasing solicitors and documents constantly. They really worked for their money and will definitely be using them again in the future.

GoogleAs a landlord I am impressed with T Payne & Co staff, both with their due diligence in vetting tenants, as well as their maintenance contracts in swiftly resourcing any issues within the property should they occur.

GooglePayne's have managed our rentals for about five years and provide excellent service. They are well informed regarding changes of legislation, deal with legal and maintenance issues promptly and professionally, communicate clearly and most importantly are thoroughly nice people to do business with.
