GoogleAlways been sceptical of estate agents, but meeting Tom changed my opinion, honest, to the point, understanding of my needs and requirements, ultimately he tailored my needs to the service I required. Exceptional throughout, delivered as promised.
Toms right now is running around looking for high fives, the only people he should be looking for is his team, communication is paramount and all of his staff where exceptional, updates a plenty, info I didn’t really need to hear but info all the same and appreciated every time.
Overall experience from everyone fantastic, but my personal experience sits with Max, she’s a legend, always updating me, sometimes day after day when it all got a little bit complicated, she never hid away when there were difficult conversations to have, straight to the point every time, thanks Max and the team great job all round ❤️

GoogleI highly recommend the T Payne team for both house sale and purchase.
My house was originally for sale with another agent but it wasn’t going well.
Then I viewed a house to buy with Heidi at T Payne and was so impressed with her that I moved my house sale to T Payne.
The market was painfully slow in 2023 but the T Payne team were communicative and I knew they were doing their best. Heidi sold my house in October and I bought the first one she showed me so a double win for the T Payne team!
The after sales team, Max and Loraine were also super efficient and my house completed in about 10 weeks so I was happily settled in my new home for Christmas.
I also used one of their recommended conveyancers Victoria at Hallam Solicitors who was also excellent.

GoogleWe have been using T Payne letting agent for 18 months. We have rented a lovely property who has a wonderful and approachable landlord as well.
The team at T Payne are wonderful. They give you fair warning on inspections, communicate with you to pick dates that work for YOU. Hayley who does our inspections is incredible. So approachable, understanding, listens and follows through with any worries or concerns. The rent in very reasonable and has taken both landlord and Tennant into consideration. They respect the fact that it may not be our house, but it is very much our home.

T.Paynes & Co are A-mazing.
Once you make that first contact, you really feel like you're in the First Class lounge!
They visit the property, create imagery and films to show everything in it's best light and also give the potential buyers a true idea of the place before they make the viewing.
Once an offer is made, they manage all the 'back and forths' between buyer and seller - making suggestions to ensure a smoother process than is sometimes the norm. Liaising with solicitors, suggest best practice suggestions in all areas and keeping the momentum in the process.
Sure, other companies try to achieve this level of service, T.Paynes succeed!
T.Paynes are not the norm, they are bespoke professionals.
They are a tightly formed team of experienced individuals across the entire board of the property sales process. Totally reliable, always available and allow one to relax in the knowledge that 'they have your back'.
It's going to be stressfull trying to buy/sell your property, like a 'white knuckle' rollorcoaster ride. Halfway up you scream, "WHY am I doing this", BUT, with T.Paynes at the controls: you'll enjoy the experience and maybe choose to 'ride again'!!

We apologise for any inconvenience you may have experienced working with us. Looking back at the project, positively, the property was sold within 11 days for 10k less than the initial asking price. The photos were retaken as requested (This is a free service that we provide for anyone who is selling a property). All vendors are able to check the photographs during the process and amend/retake them when deemed necessary. Tom from our team personally visited the property at the vendors request and allocated his personal phone number to the client. We also take into account the slow sale, which unfortunately was due to the purchase on the upward chain, which is a common occurrence.
