GoogleWe have nothing but good things to say about the Chatham branch of Robinson Michael & Jackson. The service we received from when we first made the offer on our home right through to completion was excellent. We were updated regularly and never felt like we had to chase for information. Thank you to everyone at RMJ Chatham for being so lovely to speak to and for being so helpful, it made the whole process so much nicer, it was practically a stress-free experience! Special thanks to Angela, who kept us up to date the whole way through and was really helpful, we were very grateful to have her as our main point of contact throughout our purchase. If/when we come to move home, we shall definitely be using RMJ as our agents.

Thankfully Mark and his team saved the day and not only sold my house for 6k more and with genuine buyers but also found me my new dream home. GoogleI have just exchanged on the sale of my property with RMJ and couldn’t be more happy with the service from start to finish. The price was comparable with other agents in the area but what made me choose them was the understanding of my unique property - seeing it more as a small house than a flat when other agents would only compare to other flats in the area. All the staff at the Chatham branch were friendly and approachable and I was always able to get through on the phone when I needed to, helping to chase when my solicitor was slow. GoogleNot happy at all with the Service they had a property up for sale literally three days didn’t give us a chance to view it Mark said he will call me on Monday didn’t receive no call went down on Tuesday to chase them up about the property , they said the property was sold , it doesn’t make no sense , they should give other people chance to view the property , not just sold it in three days never mind something come up better Next time , Robson should give people a chance 😡 If the property was full to you , you could still squeeze people to view the house , i don’t think it’s fair that you didn’t want to chat to us for long , if you want to remove us off the mailing list it’s up to you
Hi Jay - the property you wanted to see was in such high demand as we mentioned to you we were fully booked for our viewing allocation. I offered you the chance to see it If there was any cancellations but there was none I’m afraid. The seller wanted to make a decision after the weekend and let us know of their acceptance of an offer on the Tuesday which is when I spoke to your partner and advised the property has gone under offer. I hope we get a chance to see you again but understand you want me to remove you from our mailing list. I appreciate that at these times it’s very hard to buy a property as competition is so fierce, but again we are happy to offer help in the future. Thank you Mark RMJ

Went to purchase a house first time told I was a preferred buyer then suddenly seller went with someone else the estate agents involved were not transparent to the point of lying on occasions I do not recommend this company they have a bad reputation amongst other agents
