We bought our house through Chatham office and they were fantastic, couldn't recommend them enough. Mark and the team were on hand to answer all our questions and advise us throughout the buying process, which was helpful as we had no experience buying before. Their recommended in house solicitors CTW were brilliant too and meant we could get instant updates at any time via our sales progressor, who was invaluable. Inevitably unusual questions arose through the buying process but nothing phased her, she'd seen it all before and put our minds at rest of what to do next. Lastly thank you to MAB who we arranged our mortgage through. Having spoken with other brokers we were dubious to see another one and so we were surprised that they managed to find us such a good rate! The money we saved every month meant we had more money to do up the house, so thank you. Couldn't recommend RMJ more, will definitely be coming back to you to sell!

Bought my first home with RM&J after previous failure with Ward and Partner. For a first time buyer the time and patience afforded by the team was greatly appreciated. The help and support I received from the team especially Angela was second to none throughout the entire process, (the less said about my solicitors the better). Angela could always be found on the end of the phone, she always had time for you willing to listen and help when most needed. For a first time buyer they made my purchase less stressful and bought back some of the enjoyment that should be there for your first home, so I would highly recommend RM&J buying or selling.

We have exchanged contracts today having viewed our new home just over six weeks ago. RMJ have proved to be efficient and helpful from the word go. Our first meeting was with Joe, we told him what we were looking for and he told us of the different areas in the local district ( we do not come from the Medway area)He introduced us to the property that is now to become our home and after we made our offer Joe , Mark and Angela helped us along the way to where we are today. My first purchase was decidedly less stressful than I had been expecting considering my relative inexperience in this area. The staff (joseph and co) were very helpful in securing multiple viewings as well as certifying my ID. Little things admittedly but very helpful when one is time poor. Angela was very diligent in keeping me informed as to my standing in the process and status of particulars. I was very relieved by her proactivity which meant (with a regular gentle prodding on her part) my inexperience was not an impediment and felt safe that I wouldn't overlook any crucial step.
