Robinson Michael and Jackson handled the management of my flat in Northfleet for over 2 years. The problems started when I was trying to sell the flat. The tenant was given notice to vacate in October 2024 and didn’t do so until the middle of November unfortunately the prospective buyer fell through. Also they changed me to being the water account holder before the previous tenant left the property in the middle of November. Also they were slow in chasing up rental payments for the flat on the due date they were due to be paid.

Eltham Branch - Excellent Experience

Nobody likes estate agents, but some are better than others, and RJ was definitely one of those rare few. I had a 'difficult' property to sell and they managed to do this effectively and efficiently.
