Do not use them to let and manage your property! Tyler from Gravesend is managing our property and it’s useless to pay for it. Nothing gets done on time, dates aren’t met, no calls, she isn’t proactive and just causes more stress. What a waist of money! When asking her about things she doenst even have an answer. Plus they only check the apartment once every 6 months and don’t have one letting manager per property. Do not use them!

We bought the house 20 years ago from RMJ and decided to sell with them after evaluating several agents and online companies. Was impressed from the beginning with their understanding of the market and the confidence they gave on the pricing, marketing. The viewings have all gone well and everyone seems happy, but when it comes to making an offer, there's a form that takes quite a bit of time to complete. It seems like only Robinson and Jackson require this, other agents usually just handle offers through a simple email exchange. I even spoke to someone at the agency to see if there was an alternative way to submit the offer, but they confirmed that using the form is their standard procedure. Honestly, I find it a bit frustrating, especially considering that most agents these days already have all the key information from buyers. Filling out the form felt unnecessarily time-consuming. I might even pray that the next property I’m interested in isn’t listed with them!
