GoogleA brilliant service from start to finish from the entire Robinson Michael and Jackson Chatham team to successfully sell my property. During the conveyancing process, I always received helpful updates from Angela, which helped to reassure me during the process - as it can be an uncertain time, this was very much needed. Special thanks to Angela, Sam and Claire. Thank you!

GoogleI found Gabija professional but like most estate agents for everyday non luxury premises, majority seem to have limited information on the property which might also come down to some sellers on certain occasions, depending what information they themselves are aware of or…probably not enough care until a potential offer comes up.
Agent replied · 2 September 2025
Thank you for your feedback and for recognizing Gabija’s professionalism. We do take pride in ensuring our team is well-informed about the properties we represent. That said, we appreciate your comments and will continue to refine our approach to ensure even greater clarity and detail from the outset. RMJ Chatham

TrustpilotLike
Like - Near the end I liked the way Jo Rossiter was following up and assisting in the same. This made the process efficient. Dislike - If someone is temporarily filling in for the person dealing with the sale then that person should be upto speed with all the information related to the customer such as exchange of emails, conversations etc. that has happened till that time. It saves the customer from having to explain it again.
