GoogleTom and Ellie were both brilliant whilst selling a house for my family. They listened and helped in any way they could. I don’t rate the their conveyancing company though, would definitely use Spencer’s again to sell a property but use a different solicitor.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleThis has been the 2nd time seeing Vinny about our mortgage and I couldn’t be any happier with the service that I received . With having a new born baby finding time to discuss all the documents was hard but Vinny always asked what time/dates suited us, if he could hear our little one in the back ground he always asked if she was ok and if we wanted Vinny to call back later . Due to the pandemic everything was spoken about over the phone, any questions we had vinny was always at the other end of the phone to answer the questions. When my mortgage is up for renewal in 2 years time I will be defiantly returning .

GoogleEllie and Tom really looked after us throughout our sale. They were very professional and the communication was brilliant. In fact Ellie did a better job than our solicitor in keeping us updated every step of the way. I did consider some of the cheaper options at the start but have to say that when things didn't go quite to plan, I was glad to have an experienced and professional team like Spencers to sort things out. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

Over a Month perior the renewal of the tenancy agreement I have asked about my new rent which they stated that will rise from 505 to 525 nothing suprising there so far, but after weeks of waiting I have contacted them again to ask for my TA reneval and they did it 2 working days before the Agreement Expires the rent was risen to 590 and on top of that they had the audicity to lie to me over the phone that once I sign the contract I am NOT allowed to leave the property with 1 month notice and have to stay till thecontract expire.
