GooglePurchased a property, completed on a Thursday, seller dropped off a set of keys, so able to access property. No contact from local branch to say completion completed. Visited local branch two days later. No one available from lettings, staff member could not find or release keys, despite making a number of phone calls. What a joke guys. I have bought numerous properties over the years, so I know the routine. There are obviously staffing and morale issues at this branch, get it sorted people.

Terrible experience with Morris Dibben. Poor communication, unresponsive staff, and unprofessional service throughout. Maintenance issues were ignored, and getting anything resolved was a struggle. They were quick to take money but slow to help tenants. Would not recommend renting through them, avoid if you want a hassle-free experience!

I had a terrible experience with this property agency. After deciding not to proceed with a rental, I informed them well in advance, more than 7 days before the process could move forward. Despite this, they unreasonably withheld my payment and unjustly deducted the entire amount.

years ago purchased a house paid to have survey done had to have roof on extention redone and floor levelled but he did not notice the central heating was working and needed 4k spent onit to get it sorted no redress
