GoogleThe guy who I spoke to is named Gary. Talks with super attitude. All I asked how the viewing takes place and he said he needs to register me in their database. I asked don't register me and just tell me, is there gonna be a community viewing or one2one viewing. at that point he refused to serve me any further. Such waste of space.

GoogleWe used Your Move to sell my nans property in Dagenham. They managed to sell the property twice within a week (the first buyer pulled out through no fault of Your Move). Throughout the whole process Gary, Lauren and Danielle have been so helpful and reassuring. Nothing was too much trouble! Thankyou all!

GoogleRecently bought a house through YourMove in Chadwell Heath. The team were amazing through a stressful and long process, which stretched over 8 months! Lauren especially was always on hand to answer queries and did her utmost to help to process along for nervous first time buyers. She was calm, professional and honest which was refreshing! GoogleYour move were there throughout the sale of our home and gave guidance where required. They also ensured that whilst the optimum sale value was sought there were plans in place for the short and longer term strategies to ensure a sale suiting both seller and buyer were in place. Would definitely recommend in a competitive and changing marketplace.....

GoogleThe worst place I have been to. The bald manager is utterly racist and has a terrible attitude all the time. Unprofessional and unwelcoming. Disgusted

We were very surprised and disappointed to read your comment. We would be grateful if you could please contact the Manager, Lauren, on 020 8983 8449 to discuss this further. We strongly suspect that this is a case of mistaken identity, as our manager does not match the description that you have provided.

GoogleBeing a first time buyer I am impressed with the service that I received from start to finish of buying my property. My sales leader was greatly supportive and approachable. Their in house mortgage broker was excellent as were their conveyancing solicitors. Thank you all for your fantastic support throughout my buying process.

GoogleThe lady who picked up the phone, Danielle, was so bored and disinterested, I asked if I could schedule a viewing for a property, she didn't even bother to organize it or even ask if I wanted to register with them. Landlords, good luck in selling your properties with these ones. :)
