Natasha and the lettings team have being managing the rental for my flat for many years but their commitment and service has been exemplary during the lockdown. The commitment shown by Natasha in resolving an issue at the end of last was nothing short of outstanding. Just one example of her professionalism and customer focused attitude was when she took my call on her day off whilst at the garage with her children having her car repaired. Using Your Move to purchase my first house was the most smooth and stress-less process ever. This was definitely down to the level of professionalism and expertise shown by Lauren Butt throughout the process. She answered every query (small or big!) efficiently and provided me with updates if the question was something she couldn’t instantly answer. She facilitated every request I had to visit the property and allowed me to make the arrangements to suit my diary, something I have not received with other agents/companies. Despite my numerous calls/emails, Lauren, Daniel and the team were nothing but helpful and patient, qualities which I think are key in important transactions like purchasing or selling a home. During the uncertainty of COVID19, she was able to reassure me throughout the whole process by providing updates and keeping me in the loop during developments. If I should ever look to move again I will, without a doubt, contact Lauren due to the first-class service provided. Thank you again to Lauren. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Our “Conveyancer” was lacking in professionalism, so disorganised and uncoordinated, but what they lacked YourMove made up for. Our Case Handler, Lauren, was my saviour throughout the entire sale process, providing regular updates (the only updates we received), going above and beyond to make the process easy and smooth and completely open and transparent. Our Agent Gary was also amazing and professional, never questioned our price, simply heard what we wanted and got it. House was on the market in November and contracts exchanged in July, totally within our expectations. BRILLIANT! CAN’T RECOMMEND HIGHLY ENOUGH!

I have dealt with many estate agents over the years and I am so pleased that I found Your Move At Glenwoods. Through out my sale I have found the team at Chadwell Heath to be very experienced, knowledgeable and helpful. The set up that they have is excellent, each person has a particular area that they specialise in, this was very helpful to me as I had a small land registry problem that showed when the searches were done, Lauren Butt sales progressor guided me through the process faultlessly, everything that Lauren said would happen, did to the letter, so thanks to the hard work of the entire team but especially Lauren we have reached completion. Overall from start to finish we were given accurate information and a realistic valuation, we had only a couple of viewings before a good strong offer was on the table. I would highly recommend Your Move. They are realistic with their valuations, competitive in their pricing and offer a personal service to their clients. Daniel managed all of our viewings, allowing us the freedom to carry on with our everyday lives. Daniel was very personable, approachable and easy to deal with. He also worked really hard to ensure that everything ran smoothly. Once we had a sale agreed, Lauren stepped in to manage the progression of the sale and worked tirelessly chasing at all angles to ensure the sale progressed in the right direction, while keeping all parties updated. I would stay away from this estate agents if you are a buyer. We have placed an offer on a house and the estate agent said our offer will be accepted only if we use their mortgage adviser. Because we wanted to buy so badly, we accepted their condition. Paid £500 to their mortgage adviser, very poor services, having to tell him myself what can or cannot be done. After the lender's valuation came back £15k lower than the agreed price, the buyer would not accept a reasonable price and was asking for more than what the house was worth, so we had to pull back. The mortgage adviser confirmed afterwards that should he make another application on our behalf, we would need to pay further £99. I would keep my eyes wide open when dealing with this estate agent as it seems like a scam to make you lose money. If it's worth mentioning we are also expecting a baby shortly and they shamelessly fooled someone that really needed those money. Update in response: my accusations are not false, you have conditioned me into using your mortgage broker in order to have my offer accepted although I was already engaging with another broker that was providing high standard services. Following the valuation the seller still wanted £12k above the valuation price, which was unreasonable. I do not want anything to do with you, nor hearing from you anymore, as I don't want to be fooled into wasting more money on nothing.

My house was with Yourmove for over 5 months but they never managed to sell it. I would say they completly messed it up by not vetting the buyer correctly. I have had every excuse in the book. Yourmove then takes another property in the same road and under sell mine by offering it for a very low price below the market for a 2 bedroom after testing the water with my property without sucess. MY ADVISE 1) TAKE GOOD CARE WHEN SELECTING AGENTS, MAKE SURE THEY ARE STAFFED WELL. YOURMOVE CHADWELL HEATH WHO COVER A LARGE AREA BY SMALL GROUP OF STAFF. HOLIDAYS AND TIME OFG PUTS YOU AT A DISADVANTAGE. ALSO THEY DONT ALL WORK FULL WEEKS. 2) MAKE SURE THE AGENCY HAS A STRONG PROCESS IN PLACE TO VET PEOPLE. SALES PEOPLE WILL TRY TO SELL YOU THE WORLD AND TRY TO USE YOUR WEAKNESS TO BRING YOU ON BOARD. 3) SHOP AROUND FOR COMMISSION RATES. YOURMOVE IS NOT THE BEST BUT NOT THE LOWEST. 4) TAKE TIME TO FIND THE RIGHT AGENT. YOUR MOVE HAS NO PROCESS IN PLACE TO FILTER OUT BUYERS. THEY COULD NOT PROVE THE BUYER HAD A MORTGAGE AND WE AS SELLERS HAD TO PULLOUT. 5) IF I WAS TO GO BACK IN TIME, I WOULD NOT USE YOUR MOVE. 6) I HAD TO CHASE DAY IN AND DAY OUT OTHERWISE THEY DIDNT PUSH THE BUYER OR HIS UN REGIATERED MORTGAGE BROKER. THEY DONT VET THEM OR GET A MIP BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THE BUYER. YOUR MOVE WILL CLAIM THEY HAVE 15 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. THEY HAVE NO CLUE ON GETTING THE RIGHT BUYERS. CONCLUSION. DON'T USE THEM.
