GoogleWe had a valuation done by Chris Clarke at Your move. I had some concerns about the value of my property and Chris came in to see me at very short notice. He came very well prepared and was able to give me an insight as to what’s going on in the market and more importantly the value of my property. He is one of the nicest people I have come across and it’s safe to say I will be using him for any potential sales/letting in the near future!! Thank you very much Chris!!

GoogleI wish I was able to give '0' stars! My house was advertised by Chris from the office in Chadwell Heath, when he first came we told him the price and our deadline, he said it will not be a problem to sell it by then for this price etc. etc. but then 3 months later with very few viewings organised and after my number of complaints, he said the price is too high and i must drop the price, which in fact i had done once based on his advice. Frankly, if you want a seller to drop the price and you are a good sales person, you will first find the buyers as the price isn't high to push away buyers! He was basically trying to get me making it easy for him to sell. He barely even showed his face at the property too, he kept sending someone else from the office to show the house to the very few viewers that came. Also the communication with them was next to none! I had to chase them all the time to get any information at all, there has been weeks where they won't call or email to let me know what is going on. Sometimes they will call, arrange for people to come and view the house and then, no one comes and no one calls to let you know what is going on!!! Terrible, absolutely terrible service all the way through right from the start, it was a HUGE WASTE OF MY TIME! If you are smart, you will avoid this specific office!

GoogleFrom the beginning and end had a great experience with Gary and Lauren. The emphatic help and support i got throughout selling my home from Lauren Butt (contracts manager) was super excellent. She is an amazing person to deal with and super helpful. I couldn’t ask for more honestly and always kept me update with the whole process. I was lucky she was there through out the process and don’t think I could of done it with out her. Thanks so much to her .

GoogleAVOID AVOID AVOID AND AVOID..... HERE IS WHY. My views are based on experience and many months of pain. I agree with Maggie's comments below. My house was with Yourmove for over 5 months but they never managed to sell it. I would say they completly messed it up by not vetting the buyer correctly. I have had every excuse in the book. Yourmove then takes another property in the same road and under sell mine by offering it for a very low price below the market for a 2 bedroom after testing the water with my property without sucess. MY ADVISE 1) TAKE GOOD CARE WHEN SELECTING AGENTS, MAKE SURE THEY ARE STAFFED WELL. YOURMOVE CHADWELL HEATH WHO COVER A LARGE AREA BY SMALL GROUP OF STAFF. HOLIDAYS AND TIME OFG PUTS YOU AT A DISADVANTAGE. ALSO THEY DONT ALL WORK FULL WEEKS. 2) MAKE SURE THE AGENCY HAS A STRONG PROCESS IN PLACE TO VET PEOPLE. SALES PEOPLE WILL TRY TO SELL YOU THE WORLD AND TRY TO USE YOUR WEAKNESS TO BRING YOU ON BOARD. 3) SHOP AROUND FOR COMMISSION RATES. YOURMOVE IS NOT THE BEST BUT NOT THE LOWEST. 4) TAKE TIME TO FIND THE RIGHT AGENT. YOUR MOVE HAS NO PROCESS IN PLACE TO FILTER OUT BUYERS. THEY COULD NOT PROVE THE BUYER HAD A MORTGAGE AND WE AS SELLERS HAD TO PULLOUT. 5) IF I WAS TO GO BACK IN TIME, I WOULD NOT USE YOUR MOVE. 6) I HAD TO CHASE DAY IN AND DAY OUT OTHERWISE THEY DIDNT PUSH THE BUYER OR HIS UN REGIATERED MORTGAGE BROKER. THEY DONT VET THEM OR GET A MIP BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THE BUYER. YOUR MOVE WILL CLAIM THEY HAVE 15 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. THEY HAVE NO CLUE ON GETTING THE RIGHT BUYERS. CONCLUSION. DON'T USE THEM.

I rarely leave reviews, but this time I will rend the apartment and I will say thank you for helping Danielle at the beginning, when we saw the apartment and then “Cute Andreea” for everything! GoogleWHAT a team. Having the letting team,(Oz, Andreea, and the of the rest of the team) manage my tenancy's for a number of years. Then passing the baton over the sales team to sell my property, the professionalism continued with Gary and Lauren in a difficult time of COVID managed to sell my property in a very quick time and ahead of schedule. No problems to big or small for this branch.
