GoogleI called the agency for a property for sale, they asked me to provide evidence that I can afford it, which no other agency asked. I agreed to provide AIP but they also asked for bank statement which is definitely unusual. However, the agent agreed on AIP and said they will get in touch after they register me and they never came back.

GoogleStaff are really not professionally qualified to do their work. Had a viewing asking for too personal information which is not is not relevant at all. Appointments cancelled at last moment as I am told this information bis required prior to any viewing. I would not recommend this agent if you are a serious buyer.

GoogleWe recently sold our house using Your move glenwood and I have been meaning to write a review for a few weeks. I cant rate Daniel, Lauren, Gary and Danielle high enough. They are all lovely and helpful. Always responsive to my calls and emails. We lost our buyer and they found us another one within a week. I felt like they were advocating for us to the solicitors to push through our sale. You will be in good hands if you are selling your home with these guys. Thanks again to you all. GoogleThis is the second time that I have used Your move Chadwell Heath to let my property. They are so efficient and professional. I previously used a local agent for convenience who were not a patch on them, hence why I have now taken my second property to them. Natasha conducted the viewings and found me a tenant very quickly which I was not expecting due to lockdown restrictions. I have been kept in the loop every step of the way (unlike the other agent I used) I would not hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleOnly posting 4 stars because we didn’t end up selling but it’s not the teams fault as we had time constraints outside of ours and their control. The team themselves were great the advert was professional and showed the property off to the standard that it is. If we needed to speak to the team they were always available and answered any questions we had. Overall very happy with the level of service we have received and wish the team all the best

GoogleThe team at Your Move in Chadwell Heath are totally outstanding. Polite, enthusiastic, caring and always professional at the best. Trying to move during a lockdown was horrendous but they made the entire process (starting from viewing, documentation, shifting) so convenient, quick and painless that I never imagined. I must say that I am very impressed with the service the team offered. The customer service offered by "Andreea” was beyond exceptional. Always responsive, helpful and professional. A huge thanks to her for everything! I’d highly recommend the team to anyone looking to rent, buy or sell.

GoogleThe team were so helpful and positive during the most stressful time of my life! Trying to move during a lockdown was horrendous but Lauren worked her socks off and chased all parties in my chain and held my sale together to the very end! Also, Gary and the rest of Lauren’s colleagues were always available to pass on messages from a Lauren yo ensue u was kept in the loop. Even when I lost a buyer, the team united to get me a new buyer to ensure my sale still went through! I can not recommend them highly enough!! A superb service from a superb team!

GoogleThese guys are top quality estate agents. I was a buyer and the process was made so much easier due to their attention to detail, care and understanding throughout the whole process. Honesty, integrity and professionalism are the values I can truly say I encountered with them (even when the seller wasn’t always upholding these values). Lovely to deal with and wouldn't think twice when deciding on an agent next time! Even during the pandemic they were so responsive and made the purchase push through!

GoogleI chose to sell my house with YourMove by pure luck and the fact that they came up with the highest sale price. Oh boy were they spot on. My house was sold within weeks and then there came COVID-19. YourMove remained professional through it and now I have completed. I cannot thank them enough. Their professional service is next to none. There are two people in particular I will like to thank but I’ll do it outside of this review but they were magnificent throughout the sale process.

GoogleI have been a tenant of Your Move for 10 years now. The staffs are very friendly, polite and helpful. They do all they can to solve problems as quickly as possible. I have been offered help from them before how I could save and work towards having my own mortgage. I have also been protected before from making what could have been a costly mistake in future by one of the staff. I think for Your Move, it's not just about the money but also professionalism and fairness. It has been amazing years all through with them.
