GoogleAs a property owner I would definitely recommend NEA. It's definitely getting tougher for landlords but the whole NEA team have been excellent. I have had a property with NEA for 10 + yrs so speak from experience. GoogleRented through them for few years. Always found them polite, responsive and professional. Liz from the property management team is the ultimate professional. One thing I liked was that all the contractors they used were local people, with good skills and local knowledge. If we ever came back to Caversham they would be our first point of call.

GoogleNot only did an excellent job brokering our letting and drawing up the agreement (very professional, no-nonsense and communicative team) but also went the extra mile to advise on a couple of issues whilst the landlord was away on holiday. No obligation to help out, but more than happy to do so. Very impressed and would happily recommend.
