GoogleAbsolutly shocking customer services, staff are rude and unprofessional as well as being unhelpful. House wasn't ready by the move in date and still isn't finished. Problems have been reported on numerous occasions and haven't been resolved.

GoogleWARNING to all students!! DO NOT go with this letting agency. We did not get our deposit back and yet the house was left in a state when we moved in. They treat tenants really badly and aren’t willing to negotiate over the phone. Really unhelpful and lost a lot of money.

GoogleReally good experience these guys have found me houses for my second and third year of uni as well as sorting me out a flat from their other office this year. No problem is too small for them. They helped me out when my housemate moved out and my other friend moved in. They seem to know what they are doing and seem like a good company to work for.

GoogleI rented a house from Kingstons in my second and last year of university, very happy with the service I received. Kingstons are very efficient in the way they deal with their tenants. I have had no issues while renting with Kingstons. If I ever move back to Cardiff I will definitely be renting from them again. I would recommend Kingstons if you are looking for a place to rent. :-)

GoogleAwful. As a first-time renter they will take advantage of you. They operate many misleading practices (see qype reviews) which will ultimately make you much poorer as a result . Avoid at all costs.
It is unfortunate that we have been unable to locate you as one of our applicants. We take all complaints very seriously and would have liked the opportunity to discuss the content of your review in person. However, as our company complaints procedure has not been followed correctly in this case, then I would like to draw your attention to the following points: The Kingstons website (www.kingstons.co.uk) as well as our tenant handbook (which works in conjunction with the tenancy agreement) details all of our processes. The Kingstons tenant handbook clearly outlines our company complaints procedure. This states how complaints are handled and a time frame for all responses. In the event that we are unable to reach a satisfactory conclusion over the telephone or in writing then we invite our tenants in to the office for a meeting. Also included within our tenant handbook is a comprehensive list of additional charges that you may incur during the tenancy in the event that you do not adhere to the terms of the agreement. In addition, Kingstons are proud members of UKALA and The Property Ombudsman. This is a professional membership and regulatory body for letting agents in the UK which promotes set standards in the property industry. Any issues that occurred with the property was taken seriously and I usually got a response within the next business day. Very professional and quick to respond to any enquiry.
