GoogleThe biggest cowboys in Cardiff. They do not respond to any emails or phone calls then have the nerve to insult your intelligence by saying they are "busy" even though they have been informed for months about issues. Avoid this place like the plague.

GoogleNot happy with them at all, called them to ask for a certain thing I quote " I cannot deal with your problems right now" and hang up on me. I wouldn't personally try them.

GoogleHouses are so poorly maintained… Nothing in the house is in good condition. One of the bedroom door is on the verge of falling off and barely holding together. Also, none of the bedroom door closes properly. Definitely won’t use this agent again. Very disappointed.

GoogleI've had some terrible property management before and Kingston Cardiff defiantly ranks "above and beyond". I had no problem with the accounts management, they were polite and quick to respond. Any issue I had with the property was taken seriously and I usually got a response within the next business day. Maintenance department was professional and quick to respond to any calls.

GoogleI have raised a couple of issues with them and on both occasions have had a very prompt reply. I reported a lock was damaged and within half a day someone had been sent out and the lock was fixed. I have been in contact with them via both email and on the phone. I'm never made to feel a nuisance.

GoogleReally happy. The first viewing was with Lee which only a few of us could attend but as it was reading week they allowed us to organise a second viewing so that we could all see the house. Very helpful!

GoogleParents be aware when your child rents with this agency when they go to university- in my son's case they didn't repair what needed to be done.Even though the rent was paid throughout the summer on an empty house & on time every month. But the landlord was very quick to keep over half the deposit!

GoogleThey didn’t clean the apartment after the previous tennants. Ignored and avoided our emails. Tried to charge us several times for things we haven’t done and took an extreme charge at the end of our tennancy. This agency is full of unhelpful liers, parasitizing on people whenever they can.

GoogleWhatever you do don't go with them, moronic idiots with the IQ of a fence post. Can't write a standing order form correctly, can't write a guarantor form to single liability to one person as is in the contract, can't take criticism and will only speak over you during phone calls, and go back on their word constantly
