GoogleUnable to give zero star, I do not recommend any landlords or perspective tenants going to this utter shambles of a company. They will bully you to resign for another year and leave you high and dry when it suits them.

GoogleExcellent letting agents. They handle everything for you and screen the customers. I don't even have to be in town for them to take care of everything that's needed. I can relax and be assured it's going to be done right. The tenants love them. They respond quickly to questions and calls. Highly recommend!

GoogleLiving in 22 monthermer road for 10 months and, even after communicating them all the repairs the house needed, they were very keen to leave my flatmate (ashmatic) and I living in this utterly horrid conditions. Call the council, this is the only way to make them work!

GoogleI am a landlord and I must say that Kingston has done a really great job. The service is exceptional and they provided great advice. They have really made the experience a great one for me. I would really encourage anyone to give them a try, you won't regret it. Awesome experience !!

GoogleDisaster. The customer service is the worst I've ever encountered, they do not care about their tenants at all, every time we have a problem we have to contact them again and again without them caring about anything. A really problematic agency, I really wonder how they are still in business.!

GoogleAll the staff on the phone are very polite and helpful! Lee showed us around a couple houses and he explained everything to us in detail and answered all our questions! Was very friendly and professional.

GoogleThese guys are amazing! Very approachable, understanding, diligent and responsive. If you are looking for some that goes above and beyond the call of duty then look no further then these guys. They make sure the property is kept well maintained and are very easy to communicate with. I recommend 100%!

GoogleI had a very positive and hassle free experience with Kingstons Cardiff.... While leaving the property, the processes were simple and fast. These guys were pretty Swift in resolving all the deposit issues. Also, their professional attitude served with a smile really made my day while I was leaving. Thanks!
