Dear Robert, We take all complaints very seriously and would have liked the opportunity to discuss the content of your review in person. However, as our company complaints procedure has not been followed correctly in this case, then I would like to draw your attention to the following points: The Kingstons website (www.kingstons.co.uk) as well as our tenant handbook (which works in conjunction with the tenancy agreement) details all of our processes. The Kingstons tenant handbook clearly outlines our company complaints procedure. This states how complaints are handled and a time frame for all responses. In the event that we are unable to reach a satisfactory conclusion over the telephone or in writing then we invite our tenants in to the office for a meeting. Also included within our tenant handbook is a comprehensive list of additional charges that you may incur during the tenancy in the event that you do not adhere to the terms of the agreement. In addition, Kingstons are proud members of UKALA and The Property Ombudsman. This is a professional membership and regulatory body for letting agents in the UK which promotes set standards in the property industry.
