Googlevery bad real estate! the worst real estate ever! people be careful they make you transfer money and then they put you on brakes to rent it doesn't end up renting and they keep your money they are scammers because they don't tell you at any time that's why it's a big scam I have proof of this and I'm going to justice for my money back

My wife and I purchased our house via the Bexley branch. My advice would be check what information you get verbally and follow up with your solicitor to make sure that information is correct. Our experience has cost us considerable amount of money and leave us with a bad taste. For that reason I would find it difficult to recommend Robinson Jackson.

GoogleRobinson Jackson proved to be an excellent choice after two previous agents failed to either get many viewings or get any offers. After an offer, which was within the band suggested by RJ, was accepted they kept us fully informed of progress which included monitoring the progress made by the solicitors acting for each side.

Very poor . I have deal with an agent called Linna . We has sent back all the information she requested to put down an offer . Then no response at all ! We are much appreciated if they can just let us know the property is gone instead of wasting our time to wait and chase. Unprofessional!

The Eltham branch got a very good price for our little house in SE9, and despite a buyer pulling out, the whole business was smoothly completed with great efficiency and friendliness by Nick, Theo, and Sam at the Progressing department. I would definitely use them again and fully recommend Robinson Jackson, I don't see how the service could have been improved on. Many thanks from Jerry C.

Neither robinson-jackson.com nor other platforms used by the estate agency have up-to-date listings. When a property has already been sold, Robinson Jackson does not label it as Sold STC or even Under Offer. Not only does this lead to disappointment, but comes across as unprofessional.

Sittingbourne branch I can't recommend enough. good honest and no hard selling. When our house sale fell through a week before moving, there was support and advice in moving forward. Sam the branch manager is the go to man for questions and worries. Top man!

Made an offer on a house and agreed the sale via Robinson Jackson and they went dead for a week before telling us a property developer who had βseen the property beforeβ made a substantially bigger offer and basically said tough luck bye! No way do we believe they didnβt show the house after an agreed sale.
