Monochrome homes delivered a first class service from start to finish. The property was marketed professionally and after one open day the house was sold. Ismail was on hand throughout the whole selling process and offered great advice to me on the property I was buying. Having used a few estate agents before without having a great experience I was concerned about the stress of entering in the selling and buying process again. Ismail was so experienced and professional he made the process smooth, keeping in touch with me regularly ensuring everything went to plan, which it did in a great time frame. I would not hesitate to recommend Monochrome Homes to anyone selling or buying. A fresh keen new estate agent to the market.PositiveProfessionalism

Monochrome have been outstanding from valuation through to completion. During a complex process for a variety of reasons such as people pulling out and a complex exchange process Ismail has been outstanding! His professionalism, knowledge and personal support has been invaluable and if it wasn’t for him we would have pulled away from the process on numerous occasions. Ismail’s knowledge and support guided us through the process and nothing was ever too much trouble even when he was on holiday. I have never had such professional and personal service from an Estate agent and would highly recommend Ismail and Mononchrome homes.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

The ease of communication was second to none. Made the whole move selling process really easy. Always on hard to speak to. Would definitely recommend and have done. We didn’t have an easy time but they make it so much better with the best staff with no fault of there’s

I had a viewing arranged with Monochrome Homes - Caterham, and while the phone conversation was pleasant, the experience went downhill. The agent (not the same person I spoke with) arrived 15 minutes late and was visibly irritated throughout the viewing. When I asked basic questions about the property’s size and details, they responded rudely, making the experience very uncomfortable and I had no idea the reason of being so arrogant to us during the viewing. This unprofessional behavior led me to decide against working with this agency. I hope they can improve their punctuality and customer service in the future.

We was on the Market with another agent at the time but we felt like we was doing all the leg work. They were sitting on the sale of our property for a while and our anxiety and steer levels went through the roof so we changed agents to Monochrome homes which was the best move we made. We sold within a week and best of all we were made to feel valuable but most of all it was a very comforting as they could not of done any more. We really appreciate everything Monochrome’s home had done for us. A really big thank you to Hannah she was great and so professional. Thank you we would really recommend them

Ismail is themost genuine agent I have ever come across. He helped my mother sell her property which was on the market with another agent for some time. From the beginning he was very honest in his approach and kept me updated on progress throughout the transaction. It’s hard to come across genuine sales people these days but granted he is far from a sales person, more so a people’s person. Safe to say I have a connection with Ismail for anything property related for life. Thank you Ismail @ Monochrome HomesPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Ismail was excellent, very proactive and kept me well informed and up to date with each step of the process. I encountered a number of complications regarding solicitors actions and responsiveness, to which Ismail had no hesitation to do everything he could to keep thing moving. Very reliable and pleasant to work with! Wouldn't be able to complete the purchase without him. Highly recommend Monochrome Homes!

Ismail @ Monochrome Homes is the most professional, communicative, genuine, realistic person me and my family have had the pleasure to deal with. His reputation speaks for itself. I have dealt with many an estate agency in the past and have become naturally wary of their pushy attitude-Ismail is the polar opposite of this. Not pushy but passionate about his clients, realistic in his approach to valuations and will put every effort in achieving the best for both buyer and seller. Thank you 😊

⭐️Highly recommend Monochrome Homes⭐️ The journey of buying and moving home could have been the most stressful process, but with Ismail and Zoe by my side, I was kept smiling all the way through! Ismail’s knowledge and professionalism combined with Zoe’s tenacity and understanding make them a phenomenal team, which I feel very privileged to have had them push my sale and purchase through. I had an excellent experience with Monochrome. From start to finish, they were incredibly responsive to all my queries and kept me fully updated on every development. The entire process was smooth and stress-free thanks to their professionalism and attention to detail. Most impressively they managed to sell my house on the very first day of listing! I couldn't be happier with the service and highly recommend Monochrome to anyone looking to sell a property.
