From start to finish Monochrome we’re superb. Ismail is a legend and now a friend. He went above and beyond the call of duty with a very difficult house sale due to a bad divorce. His staff are fantastic and helped out with every aspect of the sale including supervising the clearance of the property. On the completion day Ismail collected the keys and checked the property out and rang me to say all is good. Most other estate agents would have given up. He and is team deserve a medal (and a large drink.) Ismail has renewed my trust in estate agents.

Our journey to selling our house was a long and painful one , with a difficult chain and characters to manage but throughout it all Ismail and Zoe were there to advise , instruct and communicate . Their tenacious approach, while being down to earth, produced results and we were finally able to move after almost 2 years. Ismail is a gentleman, as a director and partner he is knowledgeable and extremely professional despite his youth. Nothing was too much trouble for Zoe, she was chasing solicitors and agents daily to push the sale through. Every time she turned up to show clients around she was positive, approachable and showed due diligence. Together they deserve all the recognition in the world for their hard work and commitment and we truly wish them success in all of their future ventures !

We met Zoe on a viewing of a property and really liked her style, not pushy, not in your face, just gave us the opportunity to look around and answer questions when we had them. That led us to instruct monochrome to sell our property - we thought Zoe would represent us well and she did, we were under offer within 2 weeks. Throughout the process both Zoe and Ish were relentless in getting us over several barriers. It wasn’t an easy process at all and I’m not sure we’d have pulled it off without their determination and willingness to go the extra mile. Very grateful to them and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to others (in fact a friend has also just secured a sale with them). A refreshing change from the more established agents and it’s great to see more and more of their sale boards popping up.

After letting my property with a well established lettings agent, I decided to move my property to a more local agent. I came across Monochrome homes as i have seen a number of their boards in the area. Their brand and marketing is great and once my property was listed online, i had a number of viewings and offers. The tenant i chose was already registered with Monochrome homes, so they do have a database of tenants looking for properties locally, which is always a relief as you always want a proactive agent looking after your property. I was kept updated throughout the process and between having the offer accepted and the checks completed the tenants moved in within a week! Monochrome Homes, True to their mission statement We had been searching for our first home for well over a year. After a day filled with viewings, we finally hit the jackpot. Two things stood out, the property that we hoped would be ours and the person who showed it to us, Ismail Tek. Ismail was approachable, patient and extremely professional. From start to finish, his communication was excellent. He took the time to find out who we really were as buyers and what we personally were looking for. Ismail gave valuable, unbiased comments during the viewing, showing that he cared about both buyer and vendor. Massive Thankyou to Ismael and the Monochrome team. Monochrome are destined to be the best agents in the area. After our initial consultation, ish advised on a few remedials to help our sale. We sold our property 1 day after going to market !!, having previously tried for almost a year. Lucky? Maybe, but these guys go above and beyond anything I've witnessed before. Ours wasn't the easiest sale due to divorce, but Ish was superb in dealing with both of us, which trust me wasn't easy.
