GoogleI can highly recommend the girls at the castleford branch Anabel helped me enormously with my mortgage application and made the whole process so easy for me it was stress free! I can't thank the girls enough I've bought my house on my own so it was very daunting but they all made it so simple and stress free i would definitely recommend them.

Almost impossible to contact anyone on either office or mobile except voicemail.. prospective buyers just turning up at our property because they could not get in touch with the office to book a viewing. What was supposed to be a stress free process was far from

GoogleSold my property with these agents and had several viewings booked within 48 hours. My property was sold within a week and the guys were supportive with any issues I've had. The branch manger has assisted with communication with the solicitors to help move things along but hopefully will complete shortly! 5 out of 5 so far!

GoogleCustomer service good at times but it was extremely hard to get hold of anyone via the telephone . I got the viewing booked in fine but then when it came to making offers I was having to call over and over . It wasn't easy .
