GoogleThe estate agent side of the business is fine but what ever you do don't let them push you into using their "recommended" solicitor or mortgage advisor.
WHB get a commision from this so will push for it and say it will speed things up - it does not.
Go with your own or with someone that is recommended - they will look after your interests rather than their own commissions.
If you do be prepared for delays, frustration and it costing you money.

I first had a mortgage appointment with Alison who I discussed what I was looking for and helped me figure out what I could afford and then Kelsie arranged a viewing for a property that she thought would be ideal for me and she was absolutely correct. Great communication throughout the process. My only regret is not visiting them sooner while looking for a property, I could have probably saved myself months of disappointment. Highly recommend their services.
