GoogleWe waited 25 mins outside for a viewing after being told an estate agent would meet us to be told the viewing was with the vendor. We then wanted to put an offer in for a house and told the agents that every time we spoke, however we had very normal questions about the property that we wanted answers on before before we did this. A week and a half of very poor communication and me chasing went by to be told a sale had been agreed on the house. Extremely disappointed is a massive understatement.NegativeProfessionalism

She has provided me with an outstanding service throughout the whole process of purchasing the property. She has been going over and beyond to help at every stage. always very informative, approachable with great attitude and superb communication. I can highly recommend!!

GooglePut our house up for sale with them at the end of January due to our original listing with someone else just not getting views. House sold within 2 weeks and the communication was great. Kelsie in particular has been great with answering and queries and keeping us up to date on the progress of the sale.

GoogleAs a property developer in the local area, I have used William H Brown in Castleford for buying and selling properties on a number of occasions - the experience from both sides is always excellent. The staff here provide great customer service, are incredibly efficient and make an exceptional effort to personalise your journey with them. They actively pursue potential buyers for your property on a daily basis through their well established client portfolio, and have strong negotiation skills when it comes to helping you achieve your desired selling price. Of all the estate agents I have used, this one has the highest attention to detail and the quickest turn around time for buying or selling a property. I would definitely recommend anyone to use William H Brown in Castleford, and I will certainly continue to use them in future.

GoogleWe've recently bought our first house and went to William H Brown at the recommendation of a friend. I'm very glad that we did. Everyone at the Castleford branch was extremely helpful with any questions that we had, no matter how small. They checked in after every viewing, went out of their way to get us the viewings we requested due to our awkward work patterns and made sure that every aspect of the mortgage process was explained to us. Overall we had no complaints and would recommend them to anyone.

GoogleInitial contact excellent response. Disappointed we could not get a viewing booked for 12 days. And then today the day before our viewing they tried to call us to cancel due to the vendor accepting an offer. So annoyed that we didn't get to view or even make an offer. And the availability to view due to being too busy was disappointing 😞

As a first time buyer I was accepting to find it very stressful, but the team at Castleford put my mind at ease and kept me update. Thank you again for helping me buy my first home.

GoogleAwful experience, was purchasing a property through the Castleford branch I found their way of working & liaising with people quite poor, however what really surprised me was when the purchase became "challenging". They informed me the vendor wanted to put the property back on the market by email!!! Didn't even warrant a call, I only hope they have the decency to share the property "challenges" with others .... would not recommend to anyone buying or selling.

Googleoriginally marketed our house with a cheaper local agent but after months of terrible service and uncertainty Rachael and Kelsey delivered the sale I wanted plus £10000 will use this company again and again.
