GoogleA very positive experience. Our situation was relatively unusual, in that the chain fell down on an initial purchase we were making (with another estate agent) and - with our mortgage offer three weeks from expiry - we found a new house via W&D which we wanted to use it for. With the mortgage rates rising to an unaffordable level after the expiry date, the sale could only go through with a quick turnaround. As anyone who has bought a home can testify, three weeks is an almost impossibly tight turnaround, but W&D really applied themselves to making this happen. They were extremely efficient and responsive at every stage, and are clearly well-connected with other organisations locally, with the result that the sale went through within the month.

GoogleFantastic company after being with another company and not much happening selling or buying, as soon as we switched to Williams and Donavan in Benfleet. We had the right people looking at our property and had sold in a matter of a few weeks. They also found us the perfect property to buy. Everyone there was so helpful in their own way but special thanks to Darren and Lloyd for all the extra leg work you put in, we really appreciated it. I would highly recommend this company.

GoogleWell what can I say. Been on a journey with all the guys at W@D. First selling my partners then mine and couldn't fault the service or the staff . Remained in communication throughout always responsive and going the extra mile. Can't single any one out but will do Mark answering the phones, organising the viewings, Darren top photo's and Lynne who helped pull it through when it started to fall apart as 7 in the chain. And helping to sort out the exchange and completion on one day. If only the other estate agents had a Lynne. Thanks guys 😀PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe asked RightMove for a valuation and met with five local Estate Agents, all of whom visited and appraised our property. 4/5 gave valuations of a similar level the other was much lower. This showed the importance of getting a balanced view but can take up unnecessary time. We had four to choose from and it was not an easy decision - we went with W&D and would highly recommend them to you. Lloyd, knew his stuff and appreciated the extra things we had installed and how they would affect the valuation compared to other 3-Bed semis. W&D have a great reputation locally (read the reviews!) so were were happy to go with them. By all means have a couple of valuations, but W&D were spot on and confident they could sell our home quickly - 4 days after going online we accepted an asking price offer. The whole team are professional, they know their stuff and you get full value for your money. We couldn't be happier with the way the process went from start to finish.
