GoogleAbsolute joke, rented through them and absolutely terrible TERRIBLE communication through phone or email, they never seem to be in and leave early so if you drive all the way down there they may not even be in. Don't care about tenants just follow the money and always seem so moody as well, don't expect much from them and if your a landlord look elsewhere. Staff need firing or training. Go elsewhere.

GoogleTotally unprofessional. Arranged a viewing 5 days in advanced. Called on the way to the property to say we were not allowed to view property! Communication in office clearly needs addressing.

Good afternoon Louise I sincerely apologise that you are disappointed with our service. One of the directors Ian Williams or Colin Donovan will call you Tuesday after the bank holiday to apologise personally and will try and explain what happened once we have had a chance to speak to the team. Louise as discussed yesterday i have now had a chance to speak to my team and provided an explanation that we were adhering to our sellers instructions. I apologise you were called to cancel the viewing whilst enroute to the property. We pride ourselves on providing good service and will do our utmost to prove this going forward Ian Williams Director

GoogleWilliam's and Donovan were amazing throughout our time selling our house with them. They kept us well informed throughout the process and managed to find us a buyer really quickly. They also recommended a brilliant mortgage provider so the whole process was pretty straight forward and stress free- not usually the case when buying and selling! Cant reccomend enough.

Hi Izzy, and thanks for your review. Although I must say I struggle to understand your logic and your comments. You called our office and asked to view two properties, and we informed you that one of them had already sold but you could still view the neighbouring property that was still available which you were happy to do so. Whilst viewing the available property you asked again about the neighbouring sold property (I know the board still said for sale but we were waiting for our board contractor to change it to sold) and we informed you again that it had already been sold and the sellers had asked us not carry out any more viewings. The sold property was on the market for over 2 months, we had 29 viewings and received an offer that the sellers were happy with so they asked us to cancel any further viewings. I am not sure why you think we sold it before it went on the market. You would not like it if an estate agent continued to show people around a property that you were buying, especially when you had paid for your survey, legal fees and been informed that the sellers had accepted your offer and taken the property off the market. Which is why we don't do it, it's just not how we do business.

GoogleWilliam and Donovan were great from start to finish with us buying, valuing and selling our house within 2days. All the staff were great from start to finish in chasing and getting our chain all complete in 10 weeks with Xmas in between. They recommended there morgage broker who was great too. Highly recommended x
